This small 'hotel' is exactly what you need to explore Napoli if you are not looking for a luxury hotel. It is well located close to the Via Toledo so you can do most of the trips by foot, the rooms are nice and clean. You can take an Italian breakfast just around the corner. The price for the rooms... The room was lovely - air-con, TV, wifi, great central location, etc. Unfortunately despite calling itself a B&B there was no breakfast provided. We ended up buying some bits and pieces from a Carrefour round the corner and keeping them in a communal mini-fridge in the corridor - under these circumstances we would have preferred to have a mini-fridge in... Naples is already one of the most beautiful cities in the world, but when you have the luck of finding amazing accommodation as well, the holiday becomes perfect. So it was for us! Great location, great service, great comforts, great prices. Grazie

We booked this place for 2 nights whilst visiting Naples Sorrento Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. We called the day before we arrived and spoke to Giovanni advising him of our arrival time (11am), as it was a little earlier than check-in time (2pm) and was assured there would be no problem on our arrival. The guest house is on... More

We stayed one night. This is in a good location and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking - the owner advised us that parking was at the nearby Hotel Renaissance but this was not the case. We had to use the parking nearby on Via Incoronata - cost EUR 20 per day. It takes four keys to get... More

Have been there unfortunately 1 night only.... The best accommodation you can find the heart of Naples. The owner Giovanni is really friendly and shipped (for free) some personal items I forgot. close to metro, via Toledo, lungomare, plebiscito, teatro San Carlo, galleria Umberto, palazzo reale, porto with links to to Capri, maschio angioino........

We have recently stayed 5 nights at Domus Municipio and had an excellent experience. The property is well located for exploring Napoli on foot and for easy reach restaurants and shops. We did not request breakfast but went to the little coffee bar housed in the same property. The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean, and maintained on a daily... More

We had a very strange, somewhat disturbing experience "staying" at this place, which we still haven't figured out. We arrived at the lobby of Domus, where Giovanni met us & casually told us the B&B was overbooked (how do you overbook six rooms?), & that he'd instead booked us a room at a nearby hotel (the Naples Renaissance - a... Dear Madame Park, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I strongly avoid overbooking, because I know that it is the worst thing that could happen to a guest. In fact I am proud to say that overbooking only happened two times since Domus Municipio opened a year ago, and in both cases it was the online tour operators fault.... More

I had been searching for a place in Napoli for a week, but when I found Domus Municipio I knew it was the one! It is very easy to find if coming from the central station. Just take the L1 metto for two stops to the beautiful via Toledo art station. A ticket cost only €1.30 and there are several... More

I stayed in this B&B for four night and found it comfortable and quiet. The excellent bed makes one sleep well. A very good breakfast is served at the top floor of the nearby Hotel Mediterraneo, which offers a truly spectacular view of the bay of Naples. The location is one of the best one could wish, close to the... More
