The hotels is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the Archaeological Museum and on a street full of nice restaurants and cool bars in the historic center. The best Pizza i've ever eaten was only 10 minutes away too. The hotel is understated and intimate, the staff were all very friendly and the rooms full of character. Overall... More

We really enjoyed staying for two nights, the pool was lovely. The room was really nice and the staff were very helpful with plugs and safes and all sorts. It's quite hard to find... so don't panic! There is a lovely cafe just next door that is a buffet and you pay for the weight of your food, really recommend... More

I had a garden room which I specifically requested and was very happy with it. I am a vegetarian and staff were happy to recommend nearby restaurants as well as provide me with soy milk and yogurt for breakfast. One very small difficulty was that I found the bath difficult to get in and out of with the arrangement of... More

Four of us stayed here three nights recently, bookending a car trip into the Italian countryside. The highlights were the beautiful suites, excellently decorated, with sleeping quarters and bath on one floor and living room on the other, as well as the buffet breakfast, which offered a fine selection of cereals, meats, cheese and juice. Somewhat frustrating was the fact... More

DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL WELCOME ! We booked a suite with a garden terrace and asked by email that we would definitely have a terrace. They replied and confirmed this. We arrived to a very abrupt receptionist who showed us to our room with no terrace. When we raised this, the answer was they were fully... More

We had a one night stay at Hotel Costantinopoli 104. We found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms to be very well appointed. It was quiet and the breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Naples.

We stayed on the top floor of the Costa104 (really just the third floor, or second floor for us Americans). There's a wonderful shared courtyard up there. Interestingly, there's no elevator. But that wasn't a problem. The bellman eagerly brought our bags up two flights of stairs in spite of the heat. The staff at the front counter was amazingly... More

The hotel is set in the historic district of Naples and is in a perfect location. You enter through a courtyard and two locked doors. Unfortunately, that is about all I can recommend about this hotel. Our room was on the third floor, and there was no lift access at all. As I am getting on in years, I found... More

You know what makes the Costantinopoli 104 extra special? The staff! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our every question, request, need, was met with a cheerful and helpful response! From the front desk staff, to the porter (who also assisted with the wonderful morning breakfasts), to housekeeping -- the C104 was simply excellent! Here are... More
