We only stayed in Naples for one night, but I'm so glad that I booked this hotel. We turned up super early (getting off the ferry from Palermo at 0630), and arrived at the hotel without warning them. But they let us have breakfast while they checked a room was ready for us. Then we were able to use the... More

I've been in this hotel during the Easter week , with my husband and my 10 years old son,and I would certainly recommend for its supercentral location (and in naples this is important because teh city is big and if you book a decentralized hotel you have to always book taxis to move around. I would also recommend it if... More

When we arrived at our hotel in the early evening they did not have notification of our booking. The notification had been sent to them from the booking company. They put us in to room 285 which I think it is not normally used as the bedroom was not ready for use. We had to wait until 10pm for the... More

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two young children for four nights. We couldn't have hoped for a better hotel. It is in an excellent location, off an upmarket shopping street in central Naples, and also convenient for the bay, port and key tourist sites. We could walk to most of the places we visited. The members... More

We stayed at the Chiaja Hotel as our home base during our Naples visit and were not disappointed! Our room was ready upon arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our breakfast host daily was Marco and he was attentive, polite and personable. Room was clean, comfortable and had a regular shower to boot which is... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay - wish it had been longer. This first floor hotel is on a narrow but charming street with many small shops and good trattoria just below the rooms. Our room overlooked the street, but once we shut the double doors onto the tiny balcony the room was completely peaceful, blocking out even the accordion... More

Charming property and conveniently located. Staff was very helpful and eager to please. The room was great and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was also included with a good assortment. Would suggest some attention be given to the walls, a lot of wear was evident from luggage hitting them.

The location of this hotel could hardly be better for exploring the old city and for shopping - if that's what you want to do. It's also near Naples' oldest and most charming cafe, Gambrinus. Entrance to the hotel is a few metres up a pedestrianised street and then through a pretty courtyard. The hotel is on the first floor,... More

I too was on a Rick Steves tour, but I thought this hotel was amazing. The location was excellent - walking to so many key sites was very doable. Getting a taxi called for you to sites further away, was also very doable thanks to the helpful front staff. Good food and gelato nearby. Loved the walk to the SpaccaNapoli,... More

Naples is a teeming city and this boutique hotel is in the centre of the action. The entrance is set back and up one flight of stairs (they have a lift for luggage) from the pedestrian only street which made it tricky to find the first time, look up for the flags on the second story. Reception was great the... More
