This hotel was in a very crouded street full of shops and restaurants but when I closed the windows there was no noisy at all in the room. After hearing all sorts of negative things about Naples and how dangerous it is, we were very pleasantly surprised with how comfortable we felt at the Hotel Chiaja de Charme. This hotel is situated on a walking only street, so there are no cars around (drivers in Naples are outrageous and scary). There were tons of stores and restaurants around... more

they are all very friendly, they suggest me how to move around and where to go. the location is in the heart of the city. I real thanks for all the kindness of everyone there. nice hotel and nice decision to go. I will be back this hotel if I go naples again. more

we loved our stay! the hotel has a fantastic decor, our room was luxurious, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, that we felt at home. we were bang in the middle of naples, amongst shops, restaurants, sights and the beautiful sea. we would recommend this to everyone!!! and we are looking forward to going there again. five stars!!! more

Very hard to find. Depending on time of day, you enter through a small unmarked wooden hole. (Believe me this is true). It was warm while we were there and there was no air conditioning, just recirculating stagnate air. We asked for a fan and were told "no" that it was cool enough for them. Our entrance to this hotel was very strange. You have to crawl through a sort of half doorway that leads to the street.......sort of scary.
