Traveling with the family, right out of the train station quick to get to but the neighborhood is bad, very easily was relieved of my money walking towards the hotel, the hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good, the front desk people were friendly but made uncomfortable as soon as I left the hotel. If I could pick up the... More

As we were traveling through Italy by train, we searched for hotels within walking distance from each station. This was relatively close, once you got the lay of the area, but on our first walk to the hotel we went through a rather dicey area. We learned to not go that way, as we stayed here for three nights. They... More

Spent one night here on route to Sorrento. We picked the hotel due to its central location as we needed to get to the train station the next day and were well aware of the areas reputation. We had a great room - the only one on the top floor, with our own private terrace, what luck! The hotel was... More

Great for location as far as station, airport, bus station goes but not so great as in an area teaming with pick pockets, opportunists! Felt as if we were running the gauntlet every day to get back to safety. The hotel was fine, clean, basic. Breakfast average. No complaints as I feel you get what you pay for in this... More

Stayed here lots of times, Olympia on reception is a great representative for the Hotel, which is always good value, great base for seeing Napoli, the room is serviced every day, new towels, cleaned, breakfast is good value, lots of choice, and always a pleasure to see Anna, who is efficient and friendly, a great start to the day.

Extremely small rooms and bathroom. There was no space to open your luggage in the room... Location is good if you travel to or from the trainstation. Very poor area, lots of garbage on the street....

The hotel was very central. Near to both the station and the bus station. However, it also attracted a lot of people, outside in the square, mornings and evenings. It felt quite intimidating, walking past them. They also held markets there very early morning, but by 8a.m. There was only rubbish left behind. The hotel staff were very friendly, and... More

I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights and after browsing countless options along the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, we decided on this one because of the transport links. We were also a bit worried after reading the reviews about the area, but we made sure that we kept our wits about us, kept hold of our belongings and... More

This hotel is convenient for an overnight stay in Naples. It is centrally located, but the surrounding area is a little rough, lots of homeless, etc. There are several restaurants within walking distance, just keeps your eyes open. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
