orrible! I already stayed in other Best Western hotels and I was very satisfied that's why I chose to stay at this one in Naples, however this one is at a very ugly location, rooms are old, staff was not friendly at all. After having walked the whole day and being very tired all we wanted to do was take... More

We stayed for two nights, worst of our stay. The staff very rude and unhelpful. Car parking expensive at 20 Euros a day. Breakfast same everyday and poor. They did provide omelette but on a try with bacon. When asked the staff said they have never known people not eating pork ( probably they don't know that Muslims and Jews... More

We stayed in this hotel for a week very recently. We three women requested a family room for obvious reasons, and it was designed for a very tiny family. The comfortable beds were so close together that I, in the middle bed, had to crawl over my friend's feet to get out! It was kind of funny but after three... More

We had a nice big room overlooking a small plaza. The hotel is very clean. The neighbourhood isn't the best, but we never felt unsafe. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would go there again.

I fully agree with the previous comments...the location is the biggest draw for this hotel. Around 10 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale Station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with all amenities. Free wifi. The breakfast buffet spread was decent with a good espresso. Some of the staff at the hotel are very pleasant and... More

Traveling with the family, right out of the train station quick to get to but the neighborhood is bad, very easily was relieved of my money walking towards the hotel, the hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good, the front desk people were friendly but made uncomfortable as soon as I left the hotel. If I could pick up the... More

As we were traveling through Italy by train, we searched for hotels within walking distance from each station. This was relatively close, once you got the lay of the area, but on our first walk to the hotel we went through a rather dicey area. We learned to not go that way, as we stayed here for three nights. They... More

Spent one night here on route to Sorrento. We picked the hotel due to its central location as we needed to get to the train station the next day and were well aware of the areas reputation. We had a great room - the only one on the top floor, with our own private terrace, what luck! The hotel was... More

Great for location as far as station, airport, bus station goes but not so great as in an area teaming with pick pockets, opportunists! Felt as if we were running the gauntlet every day to get back to safety. The hotel was fine, clean, basic. Breakfast average. No complaints as I feel you get what you pay for in this... More
