My recent 1 night stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Pro: Central location, 3 to 5 min walking distance from piazza garibaldi bus stop, railway station and metro. Spacious and very clean room. Great choices for breakfast even for vegetarian. Cons: Relatively poor Wifi connection in the room, though I was able to live by.

This hotel was clean enough. The reception staff was pretty unhelpful when we were trying to find the place in the middle of the night. Didn't realize how sketchy Napels could be at night so make sure to arrive in the day.

We picked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the rail station. The rooms are really small but comfy. The staff was helpful and breakfast good. Their internet is strange, if you have several devices ie phone, iPad etc, you will need a different password for each, at least this is what we found.

Friendly staff, prepaid and checked in within 5 seconds. Room 422 overlooking a busy street and an even more busy square but nevertheless a quiet room. The rooms are small but clean with a good bed. Very fair price including breakfast. Naples is a multi cultural city and this is very visible in the area around the hotel. I didn't... More

This hotel was fairly cheap, had wifi, breakfast buffet and was close to the rail which is why we chose it, but it only ticked a few boxes. +'s Most of the staff were friendly, with the exception of 1 grumpy man who seemingly works 24 hour shifts, but when we asked for information he was actually very helpful. There... More

We chose to stay at this hotel as it was ideally located near the sights we wanted to visit (Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius and Herculaneum). Hotel Most of the hotel staff were friendly, with the exception of about two or three. All staff however were very helpful. Breakfast was very basic (usual cereals, yoghurts, bread, ham, cheese and pastries). There wasn't... More

I would not return to this hotel. On the upside it is close to the Naples rail terminal. That was where it ended. We found the man at the reception unfriendly & unhelpful. The hallways & stairwell smelt of old & new cigarette smoke but thankfully the rooms were clean. The neighbourhood was dirty & frankly a little scarey. Breakfast... More

One of the saddest places we have stayed. Very poor front reception service, & we were made to wait for an hour & a half on hard plastic lounge chairs for a room in what appeared to be a fairly empty hotel. Look somewhere else!!!

orrible! I already stayed in other Best Western hotels and I was very satisfied that's why I chose to stay at this one in Naples, however this one is at a very ugly location, rooms are old, staff was not friendly at all. After having walked the whole day and being very tired all we wanted to do was take... More

We stayed for two nights, worst of our stay. The staff very rude and unhelpful. Car parking expensive at 20 Euros a day. Breakfast same everyday and poor. They did provide omelette but on a try with bacon. When asked the staff said they have never known people not eating pork ( probably they don't know that Muslims and Jews... More
