Stayed here for 3 nights this week. The pizzaria below the hotel is great - and well worth eating at. The staff at the hotel are helpful, and overall it is a clean. However, give the breakfast a skip. It's not good. There is alot of great food within meters of the hotel - day and night. The hotel is... More

Travelled here from the airport and our taxi driver had difficulty finding it. Stayed for one night, family of four. Room clean, elegant and cool. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal place to stay for historic Naples. Would visit again (but would print off map for directions).

We stayed in this hotel for two night in July during a heat wave. The air conditioner was broken in both of our rooms and no air conditioning in the reception area or breakfast room. Otherwise I would have given this place a better rating. Let's break this down into pros and cons. Pros: clean, tidy, cute, wonderful location just... More

We stayed there for 3 nights in July 2015. Room was very bright and spacious, nothing luxurious but all that you need and tidy. Bathroom is large as well and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, straight in the middle of the old town next to great pizza, libraries and everything that needs visiting. The building is... More

We stayed one night at the Hotel Neapolis on the first night of a Peregrine tour. The hotel which is in the historical part of Naples would not be very easy to find if you were making your own way there. The entrance is up a side street and through gates that open into a small shared courtyard. The hotel... More

As that was the 2nd time in Naples, I can tell the location is very good. Feeling safe and having a lot of interesting things around. (sightseeing, shopping, eating out etc). The room was big enough, very clean every day and for me it was ideal that it had a balcony, even small. The staff was very polite and the... More

Arriving outside the hotel and seeing the outer face .... disappointing. But going up to the 3rd floor, things were completely different !! I found a very nice little hotel, worth that money I had paid! The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and very welcoming.I recommend this hotel to everyone !! Saluti a Napoli!!!

I took a taxi and am glad I did as the hotel was a little hard to find tucked behind a fenced parking area with only a lift and a sign on the ground floor. My taxi driver showed me where to go and later I was able to help another visitor find the entrance. The room was large with... More

Good location. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were reliable, but a few were limited in their English. One staff member was impossible to understand. He was supposed to order us a taxi and could not understand us. We were able to catch a train from the station to Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii. Just caught a taxi to the... More
