We stayed there for 3 nights in July 2015. Room was very bright and spacious, nothing luxurious but all that you need and tidy. Bathroom is large as well and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, straight in the middle of the old town next to great pizza, libraries and everything that needs visiting. The building is... More

We stayed one night at the Hotel Neapolis on the first night of a Peregrine tour. The hotel which is in the historical part of Naples would not be very easy to find if you were making your own way there. The entrance is up a side street and through gates that open into a small shared courtyard. The hotel... More

As that was the 2nd time in Naples, I can tell the location is very good. Feeling safe and having a lot of interesting things around. (sightseeing, shopping, eating out etc). The room was big enough, very clean every day and for me it was ideal that it had a balcony, even small. The staff was very polite and the... More

Arriving outside the hotel and seeing the outer face .... disappointing. But going up to the 3rd floor, things were completely different !! I found a very nice little hotel, worth that money I had paid! The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and very welcoming.I recommend this hotel to everyone !! Saluti a Napoli!!!

I took a taxi and am glad I did as the hotel was a little hard to find tucked behind a fenced parking area with only a lift and a sign on the ground floor. My taxi driver showed me where to go and later I was able to help another visitor find the entrance. The room was large with... More

Good location. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were reliable, but a few were limited in their English. One staff member was impossible to understand. He was supposed to order us a taxi and could not understand us. We were able to catch a train from the station to Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii. Just caught a taxi to the... More

Hotel Neapolis is located at the historical centre of Naples. When you walk out of the hotel, you are right at one of the main historical streets: Via Tribunale. This small authentic street is full of local little specialised shops, from mini markets to a bakery and from a take a way pizza or sweet pastry till local trattoria’s and... More

We stayed as a family of 4 adults in one of their larger family rooms. The location is amazing, the hotel faces a side alley and just around the corner is all the shops you need. Our room was a good size, tidy but run down. The mattresses were really hard and pillows flat. The bar fridge died and was... More

Rooms are good size, bathrooms too. No tub though. The place is kind of tucked around the corner, which is nice. The hotel and area around it don't smell either, which is saying something because Naples is gross. The front desk was helpful. The rooms were clean. A bit far from the airport, but the hotel offers shuttles, so that's... More
