The hotel is very central and just opposite the railway station on Garibaldi Plaza. It is also very close to the historic part of Naples. This makes it a very good location for exploring Naples and also to get to Pompeii and Vesuvius. The neighbourhood appears a bit run down, but then most parts of Naples look the same! The... More

The staff at this hotel were really friendly - always willing to give directions and help with any little request. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet - perfect for a 3 night city break. As per other reviews, the breakfast room is extremely small and the meal consisted of fabulous coffee and a very basic continental breakfast however it... More

I stayed here with my family in March. Although there were no family rooms we stayed in the rooms right next to each other with each having our own balcony. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and there was a 24 hour receptuon to help with anything. Just don't take the breakfast at the hotel, walk towards the train... More

The hotel was small but nice, near by railway station. The room was very good, we did get a room with a balcony. Room was clean. The staff for the hotel was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was a very Italian style, croissant and coffee.

Very close to Napoli Central Station, hardly 8-10 minutes walking. Rooms are spacious and beautiful bathroom. Fresh, clean bed and towels. Room have a balcony with huge window on roadside. Restaurants, shops, bus, trams everything in front of door. Staffs are very cooperative, specially Gianni and Sebastian. Would suggest, if you are Napoli..you should stay here.

Friendly greeting on arrival, staff consistently helpful. Got to meet the dog Garibaldi - cute and friendly Room was basic but clean with aircon. Plumbing a bit noisy - but functional. For the price we can't complain, but the area near the train station is loud, busy, smelly, dirty with groups of people hanging around on street corners selling dodgy... More

We stayed in Naples as part of tour of Italy. We found the hotel clean and homely and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were friendly and efficient and helped us with finding things to do and places to eat etc. We took a tour with them down to Sorrento and Positano... More

Great location within walking distance to everything including the bus to the airport and the Central Train station. Our rooms were fairly basic but very clean and the sheets and towels were changed every day during our 5 night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. The hotel staff were all very friendly and... More

Our first time in Naples and what an experience, manic dereliction, but really vibrant but beware of pickpockets at all times and its true what they say about the traffic and pedestrians, its who is the bravest because pedestrian crossing are only there for show. All of the staff at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful at all times... More
