Warm welcome when we arrived, all reception staff were great, breakfast staff were also very friendly. Room was on the small size but clean and comfortable. The location is great as the hotel is in the middle of the must see and do spots in Naples. The service was quit good as the smaller size makes it feel more like family.

Stay away, rude homophobic staff. Rooms, small outdated and poorly maintained. Hope Mt Versuvius blows them away. The best part of saying at this hotel is the location: very close to subway station, ferry to Capri and main touristic areas. Other than that, there are not so many plus sides: the rooms are small, there is a tiny elevator (very difficult to carry your suitcase) and the service staff not very friendly (especially the waiters at breakfast).
