This place was pretty awful. Aside the bathroom the rest of the room seemed to be falling apart. Felt dirty and dingy. Naples as a whole is pretty dirty (like garbage everywhere!) so maybe it's 4 star by their standards.... I would not suggest staying here. And FWI I'm not picky so when I say it's bad it's bad.

This hotel was right in the city, close to the water and other great Naples attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from this location and received great recommendations from the staff for restaurants to try. The hotel is small, but clean with a nice brunch to start your day off.

This hotel is sandwiched between some small streets and is kind of run down. The room was fair and I had been staying farther away but wanted to be a little closer to the airport. I made my reservation last year but when I called the guy at the front desk told me he didn't have my reservation. I told... More

My credit info was stolen by the staff. Certain of it, I don't use that card except to check into hotels. That was the last hotel I stayed at and later on someone in California is buying new shoes. Also we did not get the room that I resereved. Had to share a bed with my travel companion. The hotel... More

We booked a family room for this hotel but on arrival we were told they couldn't accomodate us and were moving us to another hotel owned by the same management - Hotel Ferdinando II. The claim is that this is a better quality hotel, but we were all crammed into a small room, the wi fi didn't work properly, neither... More

Nothing to claim at this hotel.Room was on the 3rd floor- small, but clean and furnished at Naples style.Aircon and TV worked well, bathroom was clean, breakfast was quite enouph for all of us, included fruits, sausages and a lot of cookies. The location is very good- just 5 minutes to the left to Garibaldi square and 10 min to the... We stayed ther for 3 nights.Overall I would give this hotel an average rating. Good value for money. Convenient central location approx 15 mins walk from the main train station. (If you can walk at all you will will save youself the €10.00 taxi fare!) Room while small was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, especially shower stall could do with a... More

We arrived by train and it was a short 15 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is just off the main street with easy access to markets, food (Pizzeria da Michele). Tourist attractions such as the Duomo and Castle are an easy walk. The hotel is probably more 3 than 4 star. The staff were very helpful. Room size... More

We arrived here on 17 April for 4 nights. Our initial impression was not a good one. The room was very dark & in need of some redecorating, the patio doors did not lock but the room was secure due to the shutter. This hotel is more 3 star than 4. ON THE PLUS SIDE the location is ideal. It... More
