We had a great experience at Hostel Mancini. First, it's very easily found, just a few minutes walk from the main train station in Neaples. The building looks old, but the hostel is very nice and colorful. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator to store your food and the supermarket is basically downstairs so it's very easy to shop... It's been said that when you're here, you're with family. Alfredo and Margherita will make you feel at home. They can help you plan your day trips as well as an evening out on the town. The hostel is a great value and is located nearby the Piazza Garibaldi Train Station. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. You... More

Hostel Mancini is perfectly located for day trips as its so so close to the station, but it's also very clean with very helpful friendly staff. The kitchen and common room are both well equipped and great sizes, perfect for socializing. The hostel is also very security conscious, and it felt very safe there. I loved hostel Mancini and highly... More

The hostel was okay, it just served as a means of convenience for us. The area that the hostel was located in was very sketchy, and we had a bit of difficulty finding it. We arrived late at night, so that wasn't fun but nevertheless, we found the hostel. Our stay was fine, but we were just there for one... More

I stayed here at hostel Mancini for nearly two weeks as I was very keen to see Napoli and take my time to discover the place and this hostel was such a perfect base to do that from. the fact that a lot of attractions in the area are away from the city, the hostel being so close to the... More

As the title says, the staff was really really kind. They helped us wherever they could - even for private issues. The included breakfast was nice and we enjoyed using the kitchen for cooking dinner. Wednesday is Sangria-Day, so all hostel residents can gather and get to know each other. Another great thing is that the hostel is open 24/7,... More

I was going to spend the night there as i had read the reviews and it's pretty close to the station, but the guy at front desk was so ridiculously rude I refused to use my reservation and simply booked another hostel. He took ages to open the front door of the building cause he didn't realize the intercom was... More

Booked this hostel having read the reviews on various websites, including this one and hostel world however was horribly disappointed.... Awful curbside appeal with rubbish piled high on the street and lots of people hanging around. Try not to arrive at night like we did as you will feel very unsafe and not at all comfortable. Check in experience generally... More

Hello, we are really sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay in Naples. I can understand that you didn't like the place, but this is not a good reason to write that we have false reviews, also because it's prohibited by TripAdvisor and Hostelworld to write false reviews. Napoli is a crazy city! The cab ride from the Airport to the Central Train Station was quite an experience. The Hostel is a 15 minute walk from the station and in a an older portion of the town. There are street vendors all over and a market half a block away! Most everyone that I encountered could speak enough... More

The main advantage of this place is the distance of the train station. The door make noise e the street is also a little bit noise. The internet didn't work at my room. I got free pasta wich wasn't bad but not good also.
