First experience getting off the train in Naples in the evening to walk to the hotel. Not too far from the station, short walk, bit difficult with the luggage on the cobblestone footpath. Giuseppe the reception guy is very nice and helpful, I arrived late and was very welcoming. The room was clean, nothing real flash but a good quiet... More

We stayed a few nights here while we were in Naples. It was walking distance from the train station. My sister had stayed here numerous times before. The rooms are tiny, nothing fancy, but clean and warm (it was cool, March weather). We felt safe. The staff was extremely helpful. The streets in this area feel shady, but we never... More

I have stayed at other hotels in Naples, but keep returning to Casanova so it is about time to leave a review after so many visits over the years. This hotel has a great location a couple of blocks from the train/bus station and although it is in a very congested area, it is amazingly quiet. Clean rooms, comfortable beds... More

Stayed here for 1 night with my bf. As per other reviews, entrance of the hotel was kinda shady and looks dangerous with youngsters hanging out by the front of the hotel entrance. However, the friendly owner showed us the back door of the hotel which leads to a busy street behind the hotel. Felt at ease upon knowing that.... More

We stayed 1 night in this hotel and were very satisfied. It was clean, close to the main station (easy to find) and at reasonable price. Giuseppe was very kind and helpful, he explained how to get to the harbour to take a ferry to Ischia island. Altough Naples doesn't seems to be as safe as other parts of Italy... More

In all fairness, the hotel is actually pretty good for budget travellers who might be wanting to catch an early train to another city (10-15 walk to train station)- clean rooms, strong wifi, good sleeping quality, air-conditioned & rooms come with a TV. Staff were friendly and approachable. However the downside is really the neighbourhood, it's terrible on first sight,... More

I stayed in this hotel with my family and I must say, the reviews were right. The hotel is okay, good for someone wanting a cheap, clean place to stay in. The area, on the other hand, is terrible. I do not recommend staying in this area of Naples. It is dirty, seedy and not very safe. Naples is beautiful... More

The hotel staff are very warm, they even accompany me to find a restrauant on the street. The room is larger, and the bed is comfortable and clean. The hotel is at a corner of a busy street, it is very convenient to buy food. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Naples central station but you had better... More

Many exciting shops and restaurants around this location, local and not too much commercialised for tourists. This is how buzzling naples is like. Unlike the bay which is typically tourist spot. A walk from here to the bay covers many historical spot

Good location, excellent price, near to the main train station, friendly staff and helpful and polite receptionists. Not that unsafe if you are careful enough! Free Wi-Fi and also air-conditioning in the rooms. Very clean rooms and also very quite. We went there for 2 days with two of my friends and everything was perfect. We had a great time... More
