We loved this city centre hotel. Central to all tourist spots. Nice breakfast with yummy pastries. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Only drawback was a bar just down the street although didn't keep us awake. We both slept well every night.. Will definitely stay here again when we return and recommend to other travellers.

This is a great hotel situated in the centre of Naples. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spacious and very clean with a comfy bed. The breakfasts were amazing, it was a help yourself buffet and there was everything you could possibly want for breakfast and more. On arrival we were shown... More

This hotel is nicely located just a stone-throw away from Toledo station. Rooms would need a bit of an update, and it was very cold but friendly receptionist came to help me with the heating. As we had to leave 4 in the morning, I didn't experience breakfast, probably would have gotten something if I asked, the reception is open... More

Well located centrally, easy to find, helpful staff, comfortable room, reasonable breakfast, sensibly priced. Note that Line 1 of the metro now connects to the central railway station, although most metro maps still don't reflect this fact (Toledo metro station, 50 m from the hotel, is on Line 1). If we visit Naples again, we will certainly use this hotel... More

First up, don't believe all the stories about Naples and crime; it is no different to Rome or Paris. Be smart and you are fine. The hotel staff are very helpful, we changed rooms on arrival because of smoke smell at their suggestion. We were recommended to a local bar and Trattoria just up the lane, which were both fun... My recent stay & hotel Toledo was reasonable. Pros: Good location - very close to Toledo Metro station and via Toledo shopping area. Very cooperative and helpful staff - although English was a problem, staff helped me a lot. Limited choices but reasonable breakfast - cereals, coffee, yogurt and juices. Though fruits were there but weren't fresh. Cons: Sketchy neighborhood.... More

Everything was perfect , the location in a picturesque narrow Napolitan street , ambiance guaranteed , yet near a modern and busy shopping street Via Toledo , everything at hand , metro , easy to get to the railway station to catch the train to Pompeii , near the harbour to catch a boat to Capri , lots of little... The hotel is located near the center of Toledo street. The stuff is really helpful and speaking English very well. The room is clean and beautiful and the breakfast is ok. The stuff gives advices and important information. For its great location it could be a little noisy at night but we manage. Bottom line - recommend !

We stayed recently for 2 nights and found it to be in a great location. Very close to the subway which takes you into the centre of Naples in 2 stops. The staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful & friendly. The room was clean & had everything it needed, although it probably needed a new showerhead.... More
