We stayed here while we visited the island of Capri, Pompeii and Sorrento. It was exactly what we needed. It wasn't luxurious but it was clean, in a convenient location (just a few blocks from the main train station), and relatively inexpensive. The desk staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for directions or recommendations. The only thing that... more

At our first arrival in Naples, we were shocked! The city is very dirty, polluted, unfriendly and intimidating. After leaving the train station, we had a hard time fnding the hotel, even though it is very close to the station, becasue of the awful map the booking site had provided (we booked it through Venere.) But after finding the hotel,... more

On our way to Ischia, we stayed in Naples for one night as our flight arrived late at night. We took a taxi from the airport which was a wise decision as we had initially thought about taking a bus. The hotel is located in a rough downtown area, near Naple's central train station and bus stops. Although the area... more

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were spotless with sparking clean tile. The air conditioning worked very well. Very convenient to train station. Many channels on cable TV. A good value. The internet connection was a computer in the lobby with a charge of 4 euros per hour. Not a good value. more

We booked this hotel over the internet as it was what seemed like a really good price for a decent standard hotel. When we arrived the evening we were booked, after travelling all day, the staff didn't seem to know anything about the booking. They denied knowing about it and had no room for us. However I happened to spot... more

We remind everyone that booking via the internet, read well the policies of the hotel ranging between them, in our case if the credit card is not valid the reservation is not taken into account, and that is written. Despite all we have a another hotel 200 m, and the customer in question the was proposed to accommodate them, but...

My mother, sister and I stayed in late May in Hotel Zara. We loved how close it was to the bus/train station, just 2 blocks away, but the city was very dirty. When we first saw the outside we were a bit frightened to go inside but much to our surprise the hotel was very nice inside. The men at... more

This is very clean budget hotel in an undesirable area of Napoli. This hotel is recommended by the Lonely Planet Italy and in my experience the LP rarely lets you down. I would go back to the hotel if not the area! more

A good inexpensive hotel in the heard of Naples. Not a nice area, but useful for train and bus station. Make sure you have 5cents to use the lift as the hotel is on the 3rd floor. Rooms have been redecorated recently, with double glazing so quiet. I would recommend this as a cheap but good hotel. more

By far the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy! Clean rooms and great service! Located off of the Graabaldi Square, close to the train station, makes for easy transportation to anywhere in the city, Pompeii and Ercolano. more
