This hotel pretty much met our needs. The location of the hotel is good for linking with public transport, but not so good for feeling safe walking to. It's set near the Garibaldi station, but the road that leads to it has a lot of people hanging around. Naples itself is pretty intimidating, but this hotel almost feels like a... More

We arrived in Napoli by the high speed train from Rome. Brilliant way to travel. The Ramada which we had booked through Travel Republic was reckoned to be a walk away but our navigation was obviously faulty and after walking for ages in the torrid heat of last June and trying three wrong streets - in fairness many streets lead... Though the hotel is positioning itself as 4star hotel, it is definetely not. It is old, requires intensive refurbishment. Rooms are dark and small, furniture is outdated (bathrooms are spacios enough, but everything is old). All this do not correspond to 4 star hotel level. At the same time the hotel have many positive sides: it is clean - they... More

Great location, walking distance to railway station. Clean, very comfortable, well maintained rooms with great hotel amenities. Delightful staff, quick to help with hotel computers which are free to use.Breakfast was very good. The hotel pastry chef produces numerous pastries and cakes daily! Stayed 9 days as I was using Ramada as a base for daily excursions to outlying tourist places.In... More

This is an old hotel in a gritty location in the back of the train station. We only stayed one night so it was perfect as we arrived from Rome on the train. The staff at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Although we came in before the check in time, we were given a room promptly. Based on other... More

Dear Guest, thanks for your positive comment. The location, as said Conrad Hilton, is the most important feature for a hotel. I'am sorry to disagree with you, but up today the hotel has not been attacked by citizens from Eastern Europe. If that happens, we will inform immediately the Italian military forces. I traveled to Naples from Rome and had the great pleasure of staying at this gem of a hotel for 3 days in mid-October. It is well situated just a 5 minute walk from the main train station (even with luggage). Upon arrival, the reception was welcoming and the front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean,... More

I stayed at this hotel during a vacation to Italy. The location is excellent, as it is just around the block from the train and metro station. I didn't even need a taxi to get to and from with my luggage. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive with a warm, Italian family dynamic. They were also... More

We have just come back from a week in Naples. We chose the Ramada hotel because of its location near the transport hub and the fact we could book half board. The Hotel had an art deco theme similar to a cruise ship and the rooms were spacious with a bath and shower. Although there was no tea or coffee... More

We spent one night at the Ramada Naples, and to us one night in Naples was more than enough. We were culture shocked (from the West Coast of Canada) when we arrived in Naples. Naples is by far the dirtiest, ugliest city we have ever been to in our life. The hotel itself was a quick five minute walk from... More

I was put here for one evening by my employer, and it's an alright hotel in a really dumpy area of what is essentially a dumpy city. I don't want to say anything bad about the people because they look like good people to me but the area and the city are disgusting. The staff here are pros, so they... More

Dear guest, Staff pros, hotel OK, food pretty good; I agree! But why all this anger regarding the bidet??? Consider it as a simple decor.........and be happy! Thank you for your recommendation. Massimo De Angelis General Manager More
