This is very much a typical Ramada, and it's very convenient to the Naples train station. It was like other Ramadas I have stayed in, which is a good thing. I had no complaints. It was good to stay in a nice hotel after a long flight and train ride from the US.

Very friendly reception staff got to know us through the week and were really helpful. Clean room but only 1 bottle complimentary water, fairly comfortable bed (2 singles pushed together would be better replaced by a double). Good sound proofing from road (although not completely blocked out) and heard nothing from room neighbours. Good variety at breakfast (although warming plates... More

Stayed at the hotel Thursday to Sunday in November. Pretty much a faultless experience really. Welcome friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms large. No problem with hot water at any time. Common areas and lifts were clean. Continental breakfast plentiful. Suppose Orange and Grapefruit juice were a little weak but that would really be unfairly and... More

I was here for one night while I was in Naples for business. The hotel is very good with kind staff and very clean and big rooms. If you have a car you can park in the nearby garage that has an agreement with the hotel. Also the restaurant was good, I ate something there and food was nice and... More

The best location close to train station, Trianon pizzeria one of the best in Napoli. Rooms are good , breakfast is bad though, DON'T get it seriously. For Italian standards this is very good. Hosts are very nice.

As a city, Naples is not great. The hotel is situated in something like a poor tenement area with traffic to die for (not, really, I mean people would die here). The receptionists are lovely, the room was basic. As usual in Italy you get no kettle, coffee or tea. The beds were stone hard. The bar was very smart,... More

I think they should be more clear about the information of the services they give. The bar is good and food as well. International call wag expensives. Wi fi internet only in the bar and in the roon you have to pay high fees. The hotel is in a very noisy area. Eu acho que eles deveriam ser mais claroa... More

We had read the reviews about this Hotel with some trepidation but from the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were treated with utmost courtesy and kindness by the excellent staff. The rooms were lovely clean and comfortable and the beds were changed every day. It was extremely quiet in spite of being in a very noisy... More

My wife and I stayed at the Ramada in Naples for one night in August 2013. We found the location extremely convenient as we had travelled down from Rome on the train and intended visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum the next day. The hotel is very clean and the room spacious. There was also a magnificent view of a brooding Mount... More

The Ramada Hotel, Naples is very conveniently located for train travelers. The rooms are plain, but clean and spacious with updated bathrooms and good air-conditioning. Two computers and a printer in the lobby are free for guest use and the young staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is splendid. Altogether, the Ramada Hotel is great value for the money.
