I traveled to Naples from Rome and had the great pleasure of staying at this gem of a hotel for 3 days in mid-October. It is well situated just a 5 minute walk from the main train station (even with luggage). Upon arrival, the reception was welcoming and the front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean,... More

I stayed at this hotel during a vacation to Italy. The location is excellent, as it is just around the block from the train and metro station. I didn't even need a taxi to get to and from with my luggage. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive with a warm, Italian family dynamic. They were also... More

We have just come back from a week in Naples. We chose the Ramada hotel because of its location near the transport hub and the fact we could book half board. The Hotel had an art deco theme similar to a cruise ship and the rooms were spacious with a bath and shower. Although there was no tea or coffee... More

We spent one night at the Ramada Naples, and to us one night in Naples was more than enough. We were culture shocked (from the West Coast of Canada) when we arrived in Naples. Naples is by far the dirtiest, ugliest city we have ever been to in our life. The hotel itself was a quick five minute walk from... More

I was put here for one evening by my employer, and it's an alright hotel in a really dumpy area of what is essentially a dumpy city. I don't want to say anything bad about the people because they look like good people to me but the area and the city are disgusting. The staff here are pros, so they... More

Dear guest, Staff pros, hotel OK, food pretty good; I agree! But why all this anger regarding the bidet??? Consider it as a simple decor.........and be happy! Thank you for your recommendation. Massimo De Angelis General Manager More

The hotel can be reached in a 10 min drive from the airport. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms a bit old fashioned equipped, but very comfortable and very clean. The dinner quality depends on which chef was preparing it. The main chef cooks excellent. Prices are 21 Euro for a 3 course meal. We were 10 days there. Every... More

Just had a four nights stay here and must say this was a great choice. True there is the odd scrape and scratch but that's to be expected in most hotels. We got a great deal in a central location. Breakfast and dinners were excellent the room and hotel was very clean and tidy. As mentioned previously the staff are... More

We chose this hotel as it is fairly close to the airport, we were arriving on a late flight an did not want to drive to our final destination around midnight. The Ramada is a name we knew from various stays in the US. The hotel is close to the railroad station as stated by others, this is not necessarily... More

Stayed for 3 nights with pleasant surrounds. Hotel very good. Staff very pleasant. Location is close to train station. Breakfast good but very sweet orientated. But thats Italy. Service at cafe can be a little slow depending on how many people are in resturant.

Large room which comfortably slept 3 people and relatively quiet (once the air con was turned off). Friendly reception staff and the buffet breakfast was good (sugar rich !). The location was ideal for travelling in either direction (Pompei or Solfataras etc) as trains seemed to run every half hour or so and no need to go in to the... More
