Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was helpful and guestroom was lovely. We had one with a terrace and lovely view of mountain and sea. Breakfast was quite extensive for Italian standards and the dining room was nice. There's some great restaurant nearby Ciao Tito's just down the street. The train station is 5 minute walk but I strongly suggest... More

We stayed here for one night in April at the end of our holiday to the area. The location is the only good thing to say about this hotel. It is old and tired and the staff at reception seem to be completely disinterested. Breakfast is poor quality and served in a depressing area of the hotel. We went out... More

Me and my group of 20 people stayed here for 3 nights at a excellent group fee. They asked for a rooming list upfront with some ID-details, so check-in for 21 people lasted about 5-10 minutes. Just handing over the keys and that's it. Who stayed at the top floor even had sea view! Large rooms with 2 little sofa's... More

We picked this as we wanted somewhere to stay in Napoli on our way back into London. We arrived around 12 and our room was not yet ready so we checked in dropped our luggage and went for lunch round the corner at La Magherita ( recommended by the hotel). When we did manage to get our room, we found... More

The first impression is the spacious lobby, unfortunately the second is the receptionist. Regardless of the shift (we saw about 3-4) they all seem bored and uninterested in their guests. Whatever we asked for during the 5-day stay was pointless. Fortunately, the next impression are the rooms: we had one regular double and one superior double, and both were fine.... More

Ok.. The hotel is well located. The neighborhood is quite safe to walk day and night. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in a fare walk distance, if you don't mind. The room is cozy, clean, great bathroom.. The elevator is very small, there are two, but only one works, one night not even that one was. TV?!... More

Hotel located in town centre area of Chiaia, full of nightlife and close to the seaside. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we are talking about an hotel with old furnitures that need to be renewed. Services really bad. They say to have wifi but it was never available. At the concierge many people was complaining for this service. They don't... More

we stayed here for a week in September. There was a convention on in town and the last room available in the whole of Naples was a junior suite at the Majestic. I wanted five stars, so it was with trepidation that we approached the hotel. It is quite understated, in a smart area right near all the best shops.... More

It depends what you looking for cause this is not a 4* star hotel at all. It is indeed in a great location with good price but that's it. Starting from, begining, there is only one reception employé who chek in and out, forget about asking any other questions arund surrounding, he just have no time. they dont have concierge... More

Recently stayed here on holiday. Was able to get adjoining rooms for 3 adults. Not the friendliest of staffs and the hotel map was illegible. Close to shopping and metro and walking distance (long) to central station. Room was clean, light on amenities, but my room sometimes smelled like sewer gas. Heard noises from other rooms through walls and floor... More
