Myself and my friend visited this hotel in June - So this review is a bit overdue however we had such a pleasant stay i believe i should give a brief review. Before we came to Naples we were previously in Paris so Italy had a lot to live up to. I personally have nothing to fault the hotel on.... More

We have been at others hotels in this beautiful area and wanted to see others hotels for comparison , so we reserved a room at Santa Lucia well ahead of our departure with specifically NON SMOKING ROOM , well at our check in they gave us a smoking room with out telling us about it . The room was a... More

We booked 2 rooms, a single and a double, to stay to end a 6 day tour of Italy in. We had hoped that this would be the comfortable end to a hectic week. Well it was nearly however the bathroom in our double was unacceptably small. So small in fact that the door would not open fully as the... More

When you step on the balcony of your room you will see a wonderful picture: lefthand vulcano Vesuvius, straight forward the cute harbour with an old Castle, and righthand the noble zone of Posillippo. On clear days the silhouette of Capri can be seen, too. We were upgraded to a suite , the living is decorated with good italian taste,... More

Upon check in, we thought this might be a good experience. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The room was small and dated. The carpet was filthy. We had to wear the slippers in the room, otherwise our feet would turn black. We reserved a non smoking room. However, we were not told that only a small handful of rooms... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times and I truly cannot say that I have ever enjoyed a hotel more than I have enjoyed this one. The hotel has some place that it seems a little dated but, in many respects, that adds to the experience in a positive way. The staff is very competent and welcoming. They speak... More

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping streets (Via Toledo, Via Chiaia) and situated nicely by the bay of Naples in a quiet area. You should however not mind walking a bit in case you intend visiting the museums of Naples. The hotel is a little run down (especially the rooms as the common areas if of... More

This is a gorgeous hotel. It is just on the sea and you will enjoy very much a room with sea view. The rooms are large and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent with a breathtaking view. Great breakfasts. Very closed to everything you want to enjoy in that beautiful city

We had a second floor room overlooking the castle and the waterfront, and spent hours just watching the people of Naples enjoy the fine weather. The room was clean, upscale, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is average each day, and the restaurant staff seemed cold and a little irritated that we were there. No one seems to use the restaurant and... More

Great Location overlooking bay of Naples near Seaport, great seaside restaurants, shopping and major attractions. The hotel was excellent, the staff very friendly and accommodating (Ask for Oceanview Superior Room or Suite).
