Travelled to Napoli by train, had no difficulty finding the hotel, is is well located near the harbour, with good access to restaurants, the reception staff were able to organise a day tour to Pompeii and Erculeum. Staff also organised taxi for travel to the rail station. Would recommend this accommodation

stayed with a group for a weekend, excellent location, near castle, front, bars etc. reception was good, good english etc. room was nice, bathroom a little tired but clean, good shower, shampoo and shower gel supplied. not a lot more to say really!

stayed for four nights and used naples as a base to explore further. had a disappointing experience with a taxi driver st the station but we learned from it. the room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. right next to the port. over the road from the r2 bus to the train station and walking distance to the old town.... The location is great (close to Napoli Beverello and many reasonably priced cafes and restaurants) but our room and bathroom should have been cleaner. The double bed in so-called Privilege Room is rather small for 2 people. Breakfast is good but pricey at 13 euros per person.
