This hotel is right outside the Centrale Stazione in Naples making it very easy to find. 1 minute away is the metro which will take you to many visitor attractions, and the Circumvesuviana railway which takes you around the Bay of Naples to destinations such as Sorrento, Herculaneum and Pompei. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff... More

The hotel location is very convenient, right at the Napoli station. This also means food, drink, public transport and taxis are almost always available. Surprisingly the hotel is not as noisy, perhaps because I got a sixth floor room and the windows close very well. The hotel upgraded me for free and the facilities are excellent. What was outstanding though... More

Visited in September 2014 as a couple sightseeing the Amalfi coast. This hotel is right by the Stazione Nazionale in Piazza Garibaldi & is an excellent base for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum & Sorrento. Frequent trains run down to Sorrento which takes about an hour - fares are cheap - you can catch the catamaran to Capri (approx €75 for both... More

We booked on Lastminute.com as a secret hotel but predicted it would be the Starhotels Terminus. The hotel is very close to the main train Garabaldi station and where you get dropped off from the airport bus. As soon as we got off the bus we were warned about the area and that people had been mugged by multiple men... More

I have mixed reviews about this hotel when i arrived for my business trip i was placed in a spacious clean room, with a safety deposit box, a/c, mini bar, nice shower etc A small balcony, but sometimes roomed smelled like cigarettes, cause it turns out that some rooms are smoking rooms There was a small balcony as well The... We stayed three nights recently and the hotel is well situated for the railway, best way to get to Pompeii, but watch out for pickpockets getting on the train at Naples. And is also well suited for the historical centre of Naples and the National Museum. However the surrounding area does not have too many good restaurants close by. The... More

This hotel is in a great location for visitors to Naples. It's just steps to the railway station and a few minutes walk to where the airport shuttle stops. I know the area is a bit scruffy and you should certainly wear your bag across your body, but once you get inside the hotel it's fantastic. The room we had... More

When we first arrived in Naples, it was very chaotic! Especially outside the hotel (there were a lot of roadworks going on) however the location is very central! ( beside the train station) The reception staff were lovely and very helpful! The lobby in the hotel is very nice and comfortable for a quiet drink before heading out. The rooms... More

This oasis is just across the street from the central train station in Naples, and by the Metro stop as well. It is clean, comfortable, the beds are good, the linens are excellent, there is free wifi for 24 hours, the rooms are quiet, and there is a decent breakfast. They are used to dealing with a variety of foreigners,... More

I booked to stay two nights with partner, we left after the first. It is dirty, loud and the staff are rather rude. We were put into an awful, small room that over looked the metro line, only to see when we went online that some of the hotel rooms had been revamped. They have clearly spent ALOT of money... More
