The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with shops and flea market within reach. We were staying at Renaissance for business trip. This would be a mix review. The rooms are great, nice, clean and comfortable. However, lack of certain amenities such as kettles, coffee and tea. You will need to request from the front desk. Also, front desk... More

This hotel is a short walking distance from via toledo where there is a lot to see and do and which takes you down to the sea and up to the historic centre and on to the archeological museum with the Farnese collection and the Pompeii collection. The room was very nice indeed, not at all dated. It was stylish,... More

Location of the Hotel is very good, convenient and in the city center. Lobby very nice ... and that's all for me. Room very dated, too small, very old fornitures, bed very small , hard with sheets very rough ! I mad a reservation and asked for some service, nothing was done!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is a good value for the price. We really liked the location. There is a great breakfast buffet and the roof has wonderful view. The hotel also has a very nice lobby. The room itself was a decent size, a little dated, but clean. We found the bathroom to be very dated and not... More

We arrived from our previous hotel in Pompeii but the taxi could not get to our hotel due to the police presence and the striking workers (the strike was not connected with the hotel and the strikers were not outside the hotel, but the roads were blocked off). We arrived at around 12 noon but they let us check-in. We... More

The location is excellent and walkable centrally near many sites and great shops. The staff are friendly and the facility is very nice. The breakfast restaurant has an incredible view of the city and the port. My bed was comfortable and the upgrade to a double size room (two room doors, two bathrooms, two king beds) for Platinum membership was... More

The hotel is comfortable and its staff is helpful. It is close to touristic places. You may have a large breakfast at the roof restaurant watching Castle Nuevo. You may just walk to the Old Town. But the wall of the rooms need to be painted!

This stay was so horrible, we checked out of this hotel after the first night. When we first got there, we realized that the hotel wasn't in the best location. To add to that, it took about 20 minutes to get someone to park the car (even though they weren't busy). Once we were finally taken to the room, we... More

We booked through a travel agent and this Hotel was picked out by them. Convenient, central location. Quiet. Good view from our room, for a city hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't go out for evening meals much since the Hotel restaurant was so good -great ambience, service and such wonderful desserts. The Hotel cafe for snacks... More
