5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

An excellent hotel located in the centre of Naples. There are a few steps to get to the reception area, but there is also a second door, with ramp, in the lobby area which the staff are happy to open if you just ask. Our room was large, with the largest bed I have ever seen, and it was clean... More

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Naples. Great service and excellent standard. Breakfast was very good. Rooms have huge beds that are very comfortable. Nothing missing, great place! If you are staying in central Naples, this is a fantastic option.

Great location near old town but in a modern setting. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. They even helped me make a call to the US at their expense to cancel my debit card. Staff members spoke English...maid service excellent.

First the Pros: Clean, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and the view from the breakfast room is amazing And now the cons: The standard rooms are terribly small and stuffy, no recognition of my Gold status without me pushing it (I finally got a room upgrade), you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs to get... You can't beat this location. It is right near the main shopping/dining street and a short walk to majority of Naples. Bed was comfortable and room was nice size. Staff was very helpful in assisting with any requests.

A true oasis of peace and quiet in which to escape this cacophonous confusion of a city. Our room was a little small, but had a very comfortable king-size bed. Excellent breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the city and the bay. Great location for exploration of the city and for shopping on Via Toledo. Wifi works well. Very... More

We stayed in Mediterraneo hotel for 3 nights. It was a good spot if you like to explore the city. It is very close to the big street where you can shop and you can also find many decent places to eat where you can reach by walking. The city itself is a bit dirty, you can see the trashes... More

Yes, this hotel is definitely well located. From the big roof terrace you have a wonderful view over Naples harbour and in case Vesuv is not in clouds also Vesuv. You are in good walking distance to the harbour, shops and restaurants The rooms are not very big and ok. The bathrooms are rather old, tiles broken - not only... More

Napoli is chaos, let's make no bones about it, and that's part of its charm. But walking into the Renaissance hotel is like entering a haven from it all: the lobby is large, wide, cool, calm, quiet, with lots of seating scattered about the place. There's a seating area with a television which was showing the end of a football... More
