Mold smell in rooms. Hardwood floors badly damaged. Garage is unsafe to walk up ramp and very expensive. Some staff members are nice but others including management are very hostile and non responsive to complaints. We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymon. Good location, excellent rooms, and roof top terrace is brillaint for views across naples. There is also a sun lounger area with jacuzzi which was well received after day of sight seeing. more
