I stayed three nights on a business trip in May. My office has a standing rate of 139 Euros that includes breakfast. My room size was comfortable and I was able to work when needed at the desk. Wireless in the Lobby and Wired in the Room which cost about 8 Euros a day or 21 Euros for three days.... more

I stayed at this hotel using Marriott points for two nights in May. Hotel is close to the port used to go to Capri. 10 min straight walk. Be warned that there is a lot of construction going on so the path is noisy and dusty. Breakfast was alright, on the last (11th) floor. The view was the best part... more

My husband and I spent 5 days of our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very nice and clean. The size of the room was pretty small however it had a nice size closet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was pretty small too but equipped with shower, bathtub and bidet. The lounge/bar area is... more

Mold smell in rooms. Hardwood floors badly damaged. Garage is unsafe to walk up ramp and very expensive. Some staff members are nice but others including management are very hostile and non responsive to complaints. Location is good near shopping and castle, but that is the only positive during stay. more

Naples in one of those cities that can drive you crazy with all of its busyness and one of the highest population densities in Europe. It is refreshing to find a classy, quiet hotel that is just three blocks from the cruise ship port and the Parco Castello. Lobby and Arrival The Renaissance is a sophisticated venue with a classy... more

Pros - the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice and friendly Cons - the bathroom was dirty; moldy tiles, some hair on the floor. The window was missing a hinge at the top so when we went to open it, the entire window nearly fell on my boyfriends head. The restaurant "ran out" of chicken and lamb - 2... more

The hotel was very nice, staff was very helpful and spoke excellent english. The room was generous, the bed was great and the bathrooma and shower were reasonably sized. We walked a lot and never felt threatened. Walked to Brandi for pizza and Capprese salad (absolutely wonderful), museums, shopping and the harbor to take the ferry to Capri. We took... more

Easy check in - helpful, friendly staff. Lovely, comfortable room with air conditioning and large, spotless bathroom. Hotel location close to harbour so excellent if you want to take a a trip across the bay to Sorrento or Positano. Continental breakfast served in rooftop terrace restaurant - highly recommended. We ate twice in the main restaurant - if you choose... more

We stayed three days in Naples. The city is dirty, congested and the worst driving I have ever seen in my entire life. The Marriott Renaissance was by far the most comfortable room during our 40 day European trip. It was grand with a king+ bed, luxury bath with the nicest shampoo supplies of the trip. They have an excellent... more
