The views from the room are amazing, with Castel dell'Ovo, Capri and the bay of Naples right in front of you. Staff were always helpful and the breakfast room is in a really great position. We had a suite for four people and it was very spacious. For sure will visit again.

The location is perfect, service, food good but it i need to change the look. You feel that you are in 1980. Also it has o be more clean there were places in the room that you feel that no one has clean. In the 10th floor it is mandatory to have a bar only for the view

Great location, great view from the room, but the hotel lacks atmosphere. Location is the ONLY reason you'd want to stay here...ok and the customer service and breakfast isn't bad either. The room and accomodations are dated (about 30 years overdue for an upgrade). Quality is woefulling lacking!

Peeling paint in the bathroom is unforgivable in a four-star hotel, but everything else was really good. Helpful frontdesk personnel, nice breakfasts, room size and furniture, and that location!!! I am more than satisfied, and can recommend that hotel. Don't forget to ask for free internet acceess because there is such thing available 24/7.
