We have organised an event in Naples and had friends coming over. Overall we are disappointed with our choice. The reasons are the following: 1. The reception closes at night. The hotel appears thus unattended after midnighg. This is, in our view, even risky, as in case of problems, guests would not have an easy way to get help. 2.... More

Dear Guest, we are sorry that you didn't find our service satisfactory and that you didn't like our Hotel... But we would like to specify that only the front desk has a times (from 8:00 to 23:00, information that is shown everywhere), during the night there is a security service that, only in case of emergency, can be contacted at... I was disappointed in this hotel. The location was good but there were many negatives. First, they advertise on their website that they have cereal, fruit, and yogurt but they don't have. Second, the wallpaper in the room was tearing away from the walls, a simple repair but not done. Third, the shower didn't drain right so I was standing... More

This hotel has so many things that could be great. The building itself is very charming, we loved the architectural features, the antique elevator, high ceilings and lovely moldings. The location right across the square from the metro station was perfect and the area has lots of nice shops and restaurants, a short walk away from the waterfront. Unfortunately, there... More

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that your stay at our Hotel wasn't satisfactory, but from what we read, for example with regard to the type of room you have booked, type of breakfast, Wi-Fi not free... We certainly believe that you didn't read right all information and descriptions on our website. Probably the reason has been the very... More

This is second stay in this hotel. Very nice location. First trip we drove, this trip came in by train. Easy to arrive by metro. Friendly staff. Opened breakfast early for us so we could catch the car they arranged for us to go to train.

Nice hotel in a safe area and also conveniently located around the corner from the Amadeo metro stop. One of the gentlemen at the reception desk was very cool and unfriendly. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was supposed to be wifi but when we asked, we were told "the internet was broken." The breakfast... More

We stayed in pinto story hotel for one night in September. I would say our overnight stay here summed up Naples quite well... It was ok, but the staff were very odd. For those who choose to work in the service industry the guy at reception was very frosty and unwelcoming. Breakfast was chaotic - set in a tiny, cluttered... More

Nice hotel, nice area, pleasant staff. Metro Amedeo located in Piazza Amedeo (just at end of Via Martucci) along with a taxi rank. There is a funicular railway around the corner which goes up into a nice shopping area.

We stayed 3 nights at Pinto-Storey hotel at the end of July. Our room was big, comfortable and very clean. The location was good, close to a metro station and to a taxi stand. It seemed like a very safe area and it was close to the sea. The building in itself is very charming. The breakfast was very tasty.... More

This is a well situated hotel in the Chiaia district of Naples. A 10-15 minutes walk down to the sea where boats to the islands (Capri, Ischia and Ponza) leave. It is in the middle of an upscale shopping area and there are good restaurants nearby. The staff give good tips on restaurants (e.g. Noi del Manzoni) and one member... More
