First, a bit about this 'Townhouse Style' hotel that should be noted. The hotel itself is located within parts of the top two floors of a charming 19th century townhouse building that it shares with doctors offices and other businesses. The main door faces Piazza Amedeo, just across the piazza from the Metro station exit. See the entrance on google... more

This was the first hotel that my husband and I stayed in during our honeymoon to Naples and the Amalfi Coast. We requested a room with a city view. We stayed for a delightful two days. The staff at the front desk was very helpful--he provided us with suggestions on where to eat, a map of the hotel, information on... more

As reviewed by others, this hotel is situated in a bustling, though safe, area of the city. It is on two floors of a wonderful 19th century town house which has retained its character. Having requested a 'superior' double with a sea view, we were certainly not disappointed with our very large room (9)- two windows, one with a small... more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Pinto Storey. It remains a very clean, well-run establishment with simple, but pleasant rooms - some with balconies and good views. Its main strength is its location: 25 minutes walk to central Naples, within yards of the Metropolitana, and surrounded by excellent, reasonably priced restaurants (I can recommend Manfredis round... more

Beds can be hard in Italy. Some have been known to double as billiard tables. Some Italian bathrooms are so small, they require mastering yoga positions just to sit on the toilet. The Pinto-Storey was a pleasant surprise after travelling for two weeks in mainland Italy. Our twin bedroom was large, light and airy. A window opened towards the Bay... more

This hotel has an art nouveau atmosphere on the edge of the desirable Vomero area of leafy Naples. Slightly unusual situation on the fourth floor of an otherwise residential block, it has a tasteful old style. We had a clean, large room, with large bathroom, facing the Piazza (see photo). On the side of a hill, the impression was much... more

We stayed one night in the Pinto Storey Hotel in Naples before travelling to Sorrento later the next day. The hotel is located in what seems a safe area of Naples and we were able to walk around at night time without feeling threatened. It is close to good transport links making getting around Naples very easy. The hotel is... more

The hotel is in the best quartier of Naples, very safe and ellegant. It´s closed to the underground and to Piazza Amadeo, where many buses stop. The room was surprisingly silent (that is difficult to find it in this city), and the facilities were correct. We felt independent, because the room was in a different floor to reception, and there... more

Easy to find and close to all transport, the Pinto Storey was very comfortable. They served a fabulous breakfast, which included juice, fruit, coffee, pastries to die for, croissants, rolls and cakes, if you wanted all that. Excellent pizza can be found at a small place down the road called Da Michelle. Cheap, simple, delicious pizza, with excellent service too. more

My family stayed one night May 7, 2008 at the Pinto Storey Hotel in Naples. Booked directly through email and always received prompt replies and answers to my questions. Excellent hotel located in the Chiaia area that was nice, safe and free of garbage. You are actually within walking distance of the waterfront. Our room had an ocean view, was... more
