From the moment we tried to open the door with our luggage the level of service was outstanding. I've read somewhere that staying here is like the Grand Budapest - not seen the film but I agree with the sentiment - its an old fashioned hotel with old fashioned values. Don't expect A1/5* facilities - and I hope they never... More

The staff in Mira Mare are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. On the first day, they even gave us a map and marked all the places worth visiting. A gentleman who serves breakfasts, on the terrace, is amazing. Our room was very stylish, clean, comfortable and cosy. All rooms have air-conditioning so the outside heat is not a problem. Hotel is very... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was our first stop for our Italy vacation. I booked the double standard room. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for European standards. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and slightly narrow. The room had a small balcony, which was... More

Walls a bit thin, plumbing a bit challenged, but what a great location! Staff is friendly and competent, breakfast first-rate. Hard-to-beat value for this location - you can easily walk to Gino Sorbillo's pizza joint from here.

On a solo business trip to Italy I was very fortunate to chose the Hotel Miramare as my base in Napoli while I was there for 5 days. I chose this hotel in part because of the good reviews I read on TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed. On check in I mentioned I wanted to find a gym to use.... More

The hotel is very charming even if certain areas need updating. The views from the roof terrace are stunning. The staff were excellent and the owner was friendly and hospitable. You can cross the road and dive in the sea for a swim - the locals do it! I would definitely like to return.

The hotel is beautiful and the views are spectacular. The staff is extremely attentive. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is exquisite and compared with what we've seen elsewhere in Italy it's abundant and varied. Unfortunately the air conditioning is terrible. We stayed in two different rooms and the heat was ghastly even in October. I cant imagine staying here in... More

Husband and myself spent three nights here in this eclectic Art Deco hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary whilst on holiday and the hotel really made it special by firstly giving us a room upgrade with beautiful views over the bay and Vesuvius and secondly by delivering a lovely bottle of bubbly and nibbles.... We set off for Hotel Miramare thinking that we were going to the Hotel Miramare in Positano for 6 nights. Little did I know that I had booked the Hotel Miramare in NAPLES. We arrived around 8:30 pm and were greeted by Enzo, the owner himself. He was so understanding and assuring that his staff would help us rearrange our... More
