From the front door to top and bottom the Excelsior is the best! From the moment you're greeted at the front door until the time you check out you feel welcome. No smoking room was confirmed on my reservation but at 1am when cigarette smoke came in from next door realised I was on a smoking floor! Badly soundproofed rooms, complained could hear neighbours tv at 1:30 am and when guy finally went to sleep could hear the snoring as well as other lavatories emptying!! More
