Hotel is perfectly located on the water's edge directly facing a beautiful mideval castle and small boats dock, about 10mins walk from the major pedestrian area of Naples. This Hotel and its staff were beyond horrible. They hate americansand they showed it every chance they got. The city of naples is disgusting, and the highlight of our trip was being mugged and robbed at the entrance to the hotel excelsior!! The desk clerk and bellman witnessed the incident!!
