I have been here already twice. Since it was renovated it is really great. Rooms are great, modernized and clean. Take a room with sea view, simply fantastic. Somce traffic has been reduced very nice to have a walk and close to Marinella tie;-) overall Very discrete and good service.

Some people call it charming, I call it old. This hotel is very clean, but it does not appear to have been updated since it was built. Our room was fairly large and had a nice balcony with a side view of the sea, The room itself is quite outdated. The walls were made of cloth and the room smelled... More

This place seems like it is about to close. We got two rooms connecting and the design of the rooms made me feel like I was in a mental ward. On every wall of the room was the same fabric in this red color. Not just one wall every wall! There were many rooms off the lobby that were grand... More

Our rooms smelled old and the bathroom was dingy. The lighting in the room was bad (dim and dark). It might have been a handicap accessible room because there was no lip to the shower and water sprayed all over the whole room. The was also a weird handle on the toilet that also sprayed the walls when pulled. We... More

Our room, 618 had a lovely aspect and a separate room for a child/ third bed, Top floor of rooms with large balconies with dual aspect of the harbour, sea, mountains and castle. The bathroom too had a window over the sea. Delightful on a evening. The service is good , as you would expect from a 4 star in... More

One of the best hotels for value for money.the staff were excellent, they couldn't do enough for you and very proficient. The entrance hall was amazing, marble and chandeliers everywhere. The room was exceptional, beautiful large bed and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with marble walls. The finishing touches were wonderful, bed turned down at night, chocolate on your pillow and the TV remote... More

Looks Grand at the Entrance but not great once passed the front door. Breakfast ok. Rooms ok. Solarium on roof meant to be grand. Far from it. Beds were dirty and not cleaned. Staff were not the friendliest I have ever had. Hotel overall was at the very best a 2 star.

This hotel used to be affiliated with SPG as a luxury collection, but changed ownership after we booked. They honored all of our services as an SPG member, even though they changed. It's not quite as nice as the Westin in Rome, but similar. They have a phenomenal view of the city, the harbor, and Mt. Vesuvius from their rooftop... More

Elegant hotel but the shower was hazardous unless you don't mind ice skating on wet Marble because the glass panel does not keep the water in.The WIFI was incredibly slow. The door men flat out ignored us and the woman at the front desk tried to charge us twice. Its a beautiful hotel and our room was nice and clean but... More

This place is a magnificent remnant from the past and beautifully preserved and renovated. If you value old world ballrooms, Venetian glass chandeliers, Persian carpets, linen sheets and turned down beds and monogrammed foot towels when you come in after dinner; This place is for you. It is also perfectly located in the best part of Naples on the port.... More
