Staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel itself was comfortable and in a great location. The spa was like and underground cave which gave a lovely ambiance. The breakfast buffet was delicious though no croissants (my favourite). The bar on the top floor has wonderful views and a very peaceful and laid back vibe.

We were not happy with the staff the tall lady behind the check in very nasty and has no idea what she is doing and is rude No way to treat customers that pay that kind of money to stay Plus a rip off 15euros to use the pool besides the electric in room near the bed and bathroom outlets... More

This is a very nice hotel, location is superb and you can look out at the castle and the water for miles from the 9th floor terrace/restaurant. Very friendly staff who helped us for even little things. The rooms are nicely done, but needs some refurbishment; beds are comfortable. We were on the 6th floor and the outside view was... More

This hotel sits right in front a historic sight. The rooms are very comfortable however could do with a little update. There is a restaurant strip as you come out of the hotel and walk right - its a road that comes alive in the evening - in the best way possible. Tango dancing in the streets for example. That... Service was excellent, all the staff keen to help and addressed you by name.Hotel had character but rooms were in need of updating.Bathrooms good but furniture in bedroom was falling apart. Breakfast was average. Views from front rooms good, overlooking bay of naples. Not really a 5 star hotel but they do try.

I stayed for a week at the Grand Hotel Vesuvio in a deluxe king (single use) with a sea view. My room, on the 7th floor, had a small terrace. The room was not very large but was well appointed and had everything I needed. A sea view is definitely worth it. From this high floor, I could see a... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May. We booked a Deluxe King Sea View room. We had a view directly onto the Castle and the sea. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and good sized. Although we have stayed in fancier hotels on this trip and I'm sure there are more... More

Hotel is situated directly across the beautiful Egg Castle so from our balcony we had an amazing view of that, of the Amalfi coast, and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sea the first morning was so spectacular that we had to stay another night. The manager accommodated us and gave us the same low rate. Hotel staff were... More

This is a beautifully located and appointed hotel. The better rooms overlook the Bay of Naples and have stunning views. The room we stayed in had all the conveniences you would expect in a five star luxury hotel. The restaurant and bar on the top floor offered utterly overwhelming views of Naples and Vesuvius, the staff there were warm, welcoming... More

The perfect choice for visiting Naples. We only stayed for 2 nights before heading off to the Amalfi Coast. Amazing views and close to the sea. Great for an early morning run along the promenade. Only strange thing with the hotel is that the indoor swimming pool is closed on Sundays.
