The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the main rail station and the same from the Cavour Metro station, not that you'd want to do this is the dark with luggage. The hotel itself is not how the character of the nearby streets would suggest. It is actually very nice. Currently (Feb 2015) there are some refurbishments going on... More

Booked this hotel for a weekend break in Naples.Rated 4* Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was run down, and tired looking. Lots of Fly posters, and Graffiti The hotel, was the only building that stood out. Rooms can be difficult to find,I got lost looking for mine a few times. The little things were... More

Prepaid good deal off season during our stay, mid january. We like : - Very nicely restored authentic palazzo. Vertigo high ceiling room. Very comfortable bed side, as always with ACCOR. Nothing is missing on the bathroom side either. Room decoration is classy neutral, yet with a modern touch. - Complete amenities, very correct WIFI connected from our room 125,... More

This is a lovely hotel in the old town of Naples, but you have to like Naples to like it! We had a room on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the street and we spent ages out there watching Neopolitean life go by. The hotel itself is lovely, although the rooms are a little small and becoming a... More

I can't understand the positive reviews for this appalling hotel. Wifi didn't work, worst restaurant of any hotel I have been in in Europe, filthy and dangerous neighborhood. I had problems with a theater booking and the staff were uninterested.

This was the last stop of our two week honeymoon in Italy. We booked here due to the close proximity to the airport but also as we were off to Pompeii on our second day in the city. The location of the hotel is about a mile away from the main train station (how we arrived in the city) in... More

Spent seven nights there the week before Christmas. I wanted to explore the old historical center and this was the perfect home base providing refuge after a day through the meyaham and chaos which is Naples. Impeccably clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful courtyard, excellent staff. Soundproof windows! Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (I don't think that's advertised but it should... More

Despite its environment, this hotel itself has excellent facilities. Room was modern. Breakfast was great. What makes it stand out is its staff. They accommodated all of our needs above and beyond expectations. Everyone, including the maintenance staff, was helpful and extremely courteous. I have read the recent reviews and all the compliments are true.
