Medea is right in the heart of of the old city. We stayed in room number 8 which was comfortable BUT could constantly smell next room's toilet, so we paid extra to upgrade to a room with a terrace (on the other side of Medea) to number 6. Room number 6 was much bigger and was beautifully decorated in shabby... More

A friend and I had a wonderful four night stay in this B&B. We were met at the airport and transported for 15 euros. We did wonder what we had done when we entered the graffitti, littered streets of the old town but were reassured when we entered our room which opened up on to the lovely terrace. Girl on... More

An oasis in the heart of the old city and located close to the pedestrian only piazzas and streets, Bed & Breakfast Medea is a little treasure. The rooms are large (for Naples) and several open out onto a terrace that overlooks the church courtyard. The staff gave us good advice and were friendly and attentive. Do not let the... More

I would totally recommend BB Medea and stay here again if I return to Naples. We had two rooms, a twin and a double with balcony. This is at the back of the residence. There was some noise on SATURDAY night but nothing that disturbed us more than you would expect if you choose to stay right in the centre... More

Trying to sleep two nights, both nights were terrible. Downstairs have partying two nights in a row at 5 am, music is LOUD. Never this place again. Location is great but I like to sleep at night too, my daughter can't sleep as well and she's usually ingore all disturbances everywhere we ha travelled

My impression of B&B Medea is ambiguous. There wasn’t anything “very-very bad”, BUT there were so many small problems and unpleasant situations… B&B is situated in the historical center of Naples, not far from many monuments and metro (7 min by foot), but not near train station (about 30 min by foot). For find B&B you should have an exact... More

A quiet retreat in the old Centro Storico district of Naples. Easy walk to museum, Spaccanapoli district, Spanish Quarter, and Harbour. As this area can be quite noisy, Medea was very pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. Terrace area was most welcome overlooking the cathedral. Reasonably priced. Continental breakfast was average. I was unable to use the Wi Fi here.... More

If you want to stay in the old centre of Naples you shoul stay in this quiet B&B Medea. This hotel situated in the old centre of Naples. The old city is rather noisy, with streets full of people and a perfect night life. If you stay in this B&B you can enjoy all of this and live in a... More

We booked this B&B for the location which is excellent, and the fact the rooms looked pleasant and had outside space, or so we were led to believe. We got there with our bags only to find out the you need 10cent to use the lift to get up to the second floor. After my husband trooped upstairs to get... More

We stayed in here for two nights just a week ago. I must say, I was impressed! I love the antic spirit of historical centre and the hotel was the same. Situated in the heart of ancient Napoli in between narrow streets, hidden inside of the antic building behind the massive antic wooden gates. We arrived from the airport by... More
