This hotel is located right on Via Toledo - the heart of downtown Naples. With a Metro stop right downstairs, it's easily accessible from the main train station, and therefore almost anywhere in Italy. I initially had a little trouble finding the hotel, as the entry is set back in a little courtyard, but once settled in I was impressed... More

My husband and I just spent 2 wonderful days in this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of via Toledo with the metro stop just few steps away. Its only minutes to breathtaking views of the Vesuvio, piazza Plebiscito and the wonderful promenade next to the sea. The rooms are very nice and clean and a great... More

The Hotel Principe Napolit'amo should be considered another wonder of Napoli! This was my 4th stay there and won't be my last! I would have stayed for a month if I didn't want to see more of Italy. I love this place so much! The charm it holds with it's high ceilings and balconies overlooking the famous Via Toleda will... More

My friends and I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. It is very centrally located for practically everything you will want to see. We walked everywhere which was a bonus. The rooms although basic were more than acceptable. The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean on arrival and they were clean everyday with fresh towels. The staff we encountered... More

Spotlessly clean room which was a must for us and we got it. Maybe the decorations are a bit "tired" and the building not the most modern, but for its location it was tremendous. We know Naples well and this the is the place to be to get to see the things that count. We do not want to list... More

Even with our fluent Italian, and knowledge of Italian culture (my husband and I live in Italy), the interaction with this hotel and it's incredibly grumpy staff was impossibly difficult. The information around this establishment is misleading..... you cannot drive here. With little information or guidance from the hotel, we eventually (hours of stressful navigating around the narrow streets of... More

We only had one night here and had one of their newly renovated rooms. It was lovely, spacious, clean with lovely high ceilings and doors opening to a small balcony overlooking the vibrant Via Toledo. The staff could not have been nicer and I am returning for another two nights in September. The position is fantastic and only a short... More

This hotel is buried in a maze of pedestrian streets. If you are traveling by car, pick a different hotel. You cannot actually drive to Via Toledo 148. Despite help from the lovely people of Naples and their understanding police force, we ended up having to back up a hill on a narrow street to avoid driving down a staircase!... More

Dear Mr. Isherwood, I rarely completely disagree with what our guests write. Although you believe to do or you try to do your best to satisfy customers, not always you can, so the opinions of our guests contain almost always a part of the truth or anyway the truth from their prospective. Regarding your opinion, I really need to respond... More

I loved this place. The location is very good, in the vibrant heart of the city, quartieri spagnoli & to the soul of naples: via dei tribunali and spaccanapoli & to the amazing piazza del plebiscito. The rooms and main areas are beautiful pieces of arts, with some negligible imperfections that make them unique. Great breakfast, sumptuous Buffett with lots of... More
