Very good location... Bit of a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Napoli. Service very good and rooms decent. Amazing 500 year old breakfast room and a beautiful antique lift. As previous reports location through double doors is a little hard to find, but it's worth the effort.

The hotel is located ideally at the centre of city and we have only good experiences of our staying. The room and all the spaces of the hotel are clean, the staff is gentle and very willing to help and to serve, the breakfast is really great. The value for money is excellent. We can only strongly recommend it to... More

This beautique hotel is in a 600 yr old Naples home in the heart of the retail and social area on Via Toledo. Its a very busy area day and night. No signage and entry through a steel door built into a 20 foot double door leading to an open courtyard. The hotel starts on the second floor. There was... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great on the Via Toledo in an old historic buildng, barely 50 metres from the Toledo station. It was a little difficult to find, the entrance being through a huge old gateway into a courtyard, then upstairs to the first floor reception with only 2 small signs telling you that... More

This hotel is located right on Via Toledo - the heart of downtown Naples. With a Metro stop right downstairs, it's easily accessible from the main train station, and therefore almost anywhere in Italy. I initially had a little trouble finding the hotel, as the entry is set back in a little courtyard, but once settled in I was impressed... More

My husband and I just spent 2 wonderful days in this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of via Toledo with the metro stop just few steps away. Its only minutes to breathtaking views of the Vesuvio, piazza Plebiscito and the wonderful promenade next to the sea. The rooms are very nice and clean and a great... More

The Hotel Principe Napolit'amo should be considered another wonder of Napoli! This was my 4th stay there and won't be my last! I would have stayed for a month if I didn't want to see more of Italy. I love this place so much! The charm it holds with it's high ceilings and balconies overlooking the famous Via Toleda will... More

My friends and I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. It is very centrally located for practically everything you will want to see. We walked everywhere which was a bonus. The rooms although basic were more than acceptable. The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean on arrival and they were clean everyday with fresh towels. The staff we encountered... More

Spotlessly clean room which was a must for us and we got it. Maybe the decorations are a bit "tired" and the building not the most modern, but for its location it was tremendous. We know Naples well and this the is the place to be to get to see the things that count. We do not want to list... More

Even with our fluent Italian, and knowledge of Italian culture (my husband and I live in Italy), the interaction with this hotel and it's incredibly grumpy staff was impossibly difficult. The information around this establishment is misleading..... you cannot drive here. With little information or guidance from the hotel, we eventually (hours of stressful navigating around the narrow streets of... More
