My friend and I stayed in this Hotel in July 2014 for 7 nights. We were invited in Naples by our friend for christening of her son. From the first view the hotel looked rather modern and stylish though its location leaves much to be desired...rather noisy area near not the safest area of Naples...piazza Mercato...feel uncomfortable passing it by...... 5 of us (including 4 retired London hoteliers) stayed 4 nights. The hotel is not in a good location and very noisy (in dock area and right by a four lane main road). 2 rooms had no hot water until the last day - one couple was moved to a suite on top floor which smelt strongly of drains -... More

Terrific hospitality and fantastic food. Beautiful rooms and a lovely loung and foyer. Loved the touch of fresh flowers everywhere. Typical Italian hospitality. I loved my Italian style breakfast-salami and lots of different hams and breads...lovely elegant restaurant

I was attending a conference in Naples, and decided to stay at this hotel, due to its location close to the Historic Center of the City. It was my first time in Naples. The area surrounding the hotel was very run down and dirty. I did not feel safe to walk around the area at night. The service was terrible.... More

The hotel itself is in a rundown area in Naples, there is garbage everywhere and loads of dog poop on the sidewalks. It's enough to turn anyone away. BUT the saving grace is that the hotel is relatively nice! The rooms are modern and spacious, including the bathroom. The air conditioning was wonderful on those particularly hot days in Naples.... We picked the hotel for the convenient location. It's close to the Port and Train Station so great for exploring. I too ignored the reviews about how run down the surrounding area is but it's very true. I have stayed in Napoli many times so not naïve but we decided not to walk in the evening to and from the... Whilst the hotel is nicely decorated its definitely seen better days. The room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay. The breakfast was ok but the service left a lot to be desired. Only Italian customers were offered coffee. One member of staff on reception was excellent and he went way above and beyond to help us out. Unfortunately the rest... More

The area of Naples where the hotel is located is run down and not very pretty however if is a nice hotel - modern, clean and we'll maintained - and within very close walking distance from the old city centre and seaside promenade. Definitely would recommend it!

This hotel is located in a run-down part of Naples facing the harbour area. Although we didn't feel threatened, the rough sleepers and the constant reminders to look after our belongings made us very aware of the surroundings. Hotel staff are very happy to help, efficient and will book you a taxi from airport to hotel (16 euro) if you... More
