This hotel is located a bit of a walk from the Napoli train station. The sidewalks are very bumpy so if pulling your luggage, be prepared for sore arms. The hotel itself is presentable, but in a rather gritty part of town. Not very convenient to public transportation. Our room was decorated nicely and was clean. However, we feel as... More

This is a comfortable 4-star hotel in an unusual location. Essentially, it is part of old Naples. My group felt safe and comfortable here, and enjoyed exploring the small streets and alleys. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Did I mention the grand internal staircase? It is quite extraordinary.

We stayed just one night at the Hotel Palazzo Decumani. Please not there is another Hotel Decumani (Du Charme) in town! Make sure you have the address correct because they are nowhere near each other (and this hotel is way nicer). Palazzo Decumani is located in an ok location very near Spaccanapoli, where all the Christmas nativity figures and dollhouses... More

This was our second time staying at the Palazzo Decumani. Last year we stayed for two nights in a Junior Suite. This month we had friends from the UK join us for four night. We had a deluxe room, they had something a bit more (their room was huge). It really is a nice hotel and provides a quiet break... More

In late October I enjoyed a 3 night stay at Palazzo Decumani during a first visit to Naples. The hotel is in an ideal location for touring the historical quarter of Naples and was only steps away from many points of interest. The rooms are small but well appointed, with wonderful bathrooms/showers. Our only complaint was the spotty cell and... More

Spent 3 nights here with my daughter in this great location. Room 107 was a good size. No view (only a fire escape) but the walk in wardrobe was fabulous. Unfortunately the en suite, although well appointed, had a constant drain smell. The bar was very 'boutique' and the free welcome drink was served with canapés and other nibbles. Service... More

A real gem right in the heart of Naples. A great location which is very safe and wonderful reception and bar staff. The hotel is a refurbished house and only a few years old. We will certainly be using it again.

I've never stayed in a real hotel in Europe before (only hostels and B&Bs), so this was a real step up. The room isn't huge, but has very high ceilings, a shower with a rainfall head (love that), robe & slippers, etc. Unlike many others, I had no problem with the Wifi though I only used my phone, didn't try... Breakfast buffet was great--quiche sometimes, eggs, scrambled and boiled, meats and cheeses, great pastry! What more could you want? Room clean plenty big for historic location especially. Clean nice bath with rain shower head! Enjoyed everything about our stay. Lots of restaurants in historic area nearby.

We arrived during a chaotic rainy Friday, and were taken aback by the surrounds of the hotel. However once we walked inside we were warmly greeted and our room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. A nice touch was the complimentary welcome drink in the stylish bar, accompanied by snacks.
