This is a very nice hotel situated in the historical centre of Naples. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated in modern style. What a contrast with the neighbourhood in which the hotel is located! You get a welcoming drink in the cosy bar next to the entrance but prices are on the high side. The breakfast is good but... In the midst of Naples jungle stands this well structured building. Though architecturally well built (rooms with high ceiling & good size bathroom). The furnishing & accessories are a little tired. If that doesn't bother you then add half star. PROS - Excellent location - reasonable walking distance to main train terminal, lots of eatery, sights, churches, canal where castle... More

Excellent location in a quiet corner off the madness and mayhem of the Spaccanap in Naples' historic area. 5 min walk to excellent pizza (De Matteo, Visi) or ragu and meatballs like your Italian grandmother used to make (Tandem) where they also serve a very good Gragnano (a red sparkling wine served chilled - very refreshing). The hotel offers a... More

We booked from the last train from Rome to Naples, so took the room that was available. The hotel is an island in the middle of a run-down area, but we wanted a nice hotel close to the Archeological museum. The room was tiny, but comfortable. It would have felt constrictive for any more than one night. On the other... More

We visited Naples in order to view the Pompeii artifacts at the Archeological Museum. I chose this hotel for its overall offerings and proximity to the museum. When we came out of Naples Central Station and walked to the hotel, it was sobering to see so much garbage and run-down looking buildings. Why do people not care about their surroundings...... More

If you are looking to stay in old Naples, this is a wonderful hotel. Naples is gritty and teaming with life, but the old part is a city in decay. Driving is a challenge, as is parking, so we would certainly recommend using public transport. The hotel is in a great location, clean, modern with very spacious rooms, certainly the... More

Wonderful hotel in a not so great neighborhood ...which might be OK for Naples! Excellent room, bed and breakfast and clientele. The hotel is close enough to important locations such as the train Station, the port, the seaside promenade, etc. assuming you are ok with 15-20 min walking. Overall, we had fun there and highly recommend the hotel.

The first challenge, if you are driving, is finding the hotel. The second challenge is finding somewhere to park the car (budget on around €30/day in parking charges) We arrived early evening, just as it was getting dusky, and I'm guessing we went up the narrowest one-way streets in Naples. Just to make it more interesting, the Neopolitan drivers ignore... More

This hotel is within walking distance to the markets and other sites, but a long walk to get over to other tourist sites. The hotel was very clean and nice. Our room was very large and comfortable and it was not priced too high.
