We stayed at this hotel for two nights in September 2014. The hotel is very nice with modern, spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was fine. The location is good to the main areas of Naples. ATMs seem to be limited in Naples (at least the tourist area). There is one right across the street at the post... More

This hotel is in the centre of Naples and is the perfect location for exploring the city. We found a great mix of culture during the day and a vibrant culture during the evening. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was working Friday afternoon and Saturday who helped with a few queries and... More

This charming hotel was a great choice for our stay in Naples. It’s on the edge of the historic center and an easy walk to the Museo Archaeologico and many other attractions as well as great pizzerias. Our room was the most spacious and quiet of our stay in Italy, with a comfy king bed, a settee and armchair, plus... More

this hotel over-delivered on just about every count, with exceptional staff coming to our aid and making the stay memorable. There were several staff who were obliging but Raphael warrants special mention, going beyond normal service. NIce bar, free snacks, internet working properly in rooms, which were large and airy and properly designed. This was contrary to many other hotels... More

We stayed overnight as a stopover at this 4* hotel just so we could explore Naples and Pompeii. It's a lovely hotel set in the busy shopping streets of Naples. We were booked in very efficiently at B&B rates. We dropped off our bags and went exploring. It's about 10-15 mins walk from the main train station. But the main... More

We spent two nights at the Palazzo Decumani recently as part of a trip around Italy. The hotel is located in an oasis of calm within the historic centre. The main tourist areas and Spaccanapoli are but a few steps away. Close to the train station but if its hot and you have large bags I'd adise taking a taxi.... More

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our superior room was very smart, very clean and spacious with a superbly comfortable and very large bed. It was also quiet. The breakfast was of an exceptional quality with good fresh coffee. We needed to leave our bags at reception during the day before catching the ferry to... More

Big Spacious rooms in Old Town. We only stayed one night, but were very happy with the how new and clean the hotel rooms were. The hotel was about 15 minutes to the Airport. Antonio in the bar deserves special mention for his hospitality!

Excellent location. Don't trust Waze or Google maps and ask the hotel for directions. The rooms are beautiful and the food is good. The staff is nice but it's feel like they're working on commissions and don't always have your best interest.

My husband and I stayed for almost a week in this lovely hotel at the end of August. We wanted to be in centre of the old part of the city in walking distance of the vibrant streets and tourist attractions and this hotel seemed the ideal choice - but before we arrived we were a bit worried that it...
