Hotel Palazzo Decumani is in a great location near the historical centre of Naples and within walking distance of the railway station if you don't have lots of luggage. Its rooms are large and very comfortable. My room was quiet and well maintained with good wifi though only a very small television. Breakfast is adequate-to-good but drinks at the bar... More

We decided to spend 1 night in Naples after 7 nights in Amalfi and the contrast was incredible. This once grand city is now so run down it is hard to describe the state of disrepair of nearly every building we passed - except this hotel, nestled among the debris and neglect of this part of the Old City. The... More

This hotel is a lovely calm, civilised retreat in this hectic area of Naples. Great to return to after experiencing the frenzy of this city. Nice touch was the welcome drink. Wi-fi only worked for us if we came down to the public areas. Very helpful staff who rang the British Embassy in Rome after my husband's passport and iPad... More

Had a great three night stay at this hotel. Great central location makes it easy to stop back at the hotel to cool off after exploring the historical centre. The only downside was the wifi connection that seems to go in and out but mine wasn't too bad considering top floor, room furthest away. Quite fast when connected. But overall... More

Thankfully I only stayed here one night as I had to go to the Naples airport the following day. Nothing works at this hotel. The wifi only works if you stand near the entrance door to the hotel! The air conditioner in our room didn't work. When I told teception about it the first time, they said we had to... More

The hotel is very stylish and plush with a lot of thought taken into the design of the rooms and lobby. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the centro storico so everything is within walking distance or a short taxi to the bay. The room itself was huge with a walk in wardrobe, king size bed... More

We spent four nights here. It's a great location for exploring...right in the middle of the busy old town, 10 mins walk from the train station and near lots of the key sights. The hotel is very pretty, we had a large room with AC and a balcony. Lots of choice at breakfast and friendly staff- Salvatore the concierge was... More

The hotel was quite stylish and well appointed and the breakfast was very authentic Italian. However, our holiday which involved multiple stops throughout Italy was self-planned and relied on regular online communication. The hotel advertised free WiFi, however, reality is that it doesn't work at all well within the hotel. We even moved from one room to another where we... More

Booked this hotel for the location, It was near everything we wanted to see with great restaurants nearby. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed with great sheets, the bathroom was big and very well equipped, the breakfast was good but the thing that made the hotel great for us was Barbara at the front desk, from the... We found this great hotel near the historic center while already on our trip. It is a great location for visiting the museum and close to Piazza Dante and San Severo -- things we wanted to see. The rooms were huge with balconies and very nice modern bathrooms with all amenities. The bar was wonderful and service from everyone was... More
