This hotel is modern and right next to the hustle and bustle of the central historic area of Naples, we loved it. The staff are very welcoming and really helpful - ask for a map and directions at reception and they know everywhere. We got a welcome drink on our first night too - barman was charming, looked like he... More

Naples is choas. Filthy, loud, and hectic. This hotel was everything the city wasnt. Clean, a great breakfast, nice little bar with snacks, comfortable rooms with big showers, and a good central location made this hotel the perfect retreat from a sometimes stressful city environment.

Stayed for a couple of nights after a week in Sorrento in July. This is a great hotel in the heart of the old town. Naples is a chaotic city of extremes and Palazzo Decumani exemplifies this. On arriving from the station (c.20 minutes on foot dragging suitcases) you walk down a street with derelict buildings and think, "Oh dear,... More

Naples is a very chaotic, noisy place, but this hotel is a nice retreat from that. It is in the Spanish Quarter, which isn't the nicest area of Naples, but definitely gives you a feel for the locals. Located in the historic centre, it was an easy walk to the train station and local attractions. We never felt unsafe walking... More

We stayed at the Palazzo Decumani for 3 nights. If you've been to Napoli, you know just how busy, loud and chaotic it can be. This hotel was a relaxing and quiet retreat. Rooms are reasonably spacious by European standards, and as you'd hope and expect it was clean and comfortable. In our experience, Italian hotel beds can be quite... More

Lovely spot in the heart of the historic centre, it made a nice respite after a long day walking around ruins or the busy city. If you arrive on a Sunday (like we did the area will feel quite dead), but once everything is open again it's much more vibrant. The only fault I could find with the hotel is... More

We stayed here for one night recently and would certainly come back again if in Naples. The accommodation was extremely clean, staff welcoming and friendly and we found the room spacious. I cant comment too much about the location as we were only there for one night, but there were several eating places located within walking distance.

Clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff spoke English. Ample breakfast with cheeses, ham, eggs, fruits, sausages, juices, breads & pastries. Nice size room with refrigerator & safe. Nice towels. Ample lighting. Large shower stall with glass door that closed. No water got out on the floor. Nice bedding. Only negative is that the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress sloped down... More
