We arrived in Naples around 8:45 p.m. the first week in July, 2015. The sedan cab driver couldn't drive to the front door of this hotel because the street was so narrow and someone had parked a scooter in the road. The street was dark and foreboding and didn't look or feel safe. The hotel was on the 2nd floor.... More

In his guidebook of Italy, Rick Steves called this hotel an oasis in the old section of Naples. Maybe. The rooms and service are fine, it is the rest that is a problem. Our taxi did not want to drive up the narrow street so we rolled our bags up a dingy cobbled street to an archway that had cars... More

You can imagine you are royalty here in this former Archbishop's palace. The breakfast/dining room gilt stuccoes and mirrors must be seen to be believed. Perfectly located, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Don’t be afraid: secure, clean and a surprisingly grand ambiance, fulfilling the international requirements for a city hotel in a relaxed and unagitated way, plus this little “special” care from the whole hotel team that sets it apart from others! We’ve spent 10 nights in this pretty small but fine city hotel, which is situated in the center of the... More

Nice hotel set in a former palazzo. Rooms recently renovated and spacious by most standards, especially Italian standards. Naples is a good place to splurge, your Euro goes further in this city which is underrated by the tour books. Good, central location on a quiet side street in easy walking distance to most of the sights and, more importantly, pizza... More

After hearing so many horror stories of Naples I was very apprehensive about coming for 2 days. However when we arrived at Decumani Hotel we were instantly at ease. The staff made up our room early so we could shower after an early morning flight and head straight to Pompeii. The staff provided full directions and advice which were perfect... More

Decumani Hotel de Charme was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff Federica, Marco and co were the most warm, gracious and caring staff I have ever encountered. Federica even took time out of her own day to show me around Napoli — including a sick clothes shop called London. If you're visiting Napoli, this hotel is... More

This is a lovely and charming hotel with friendly and good service. It is a well kept secret in the middle of old Napels. the location is such that you can easily walk to anything you would like to see and do. Lunch and dining possibilities are plenty in the area. I would definately go back to this hotel, if... More

The environment is less terrible, than me expect after the previous opinions. The street and court is relatively clean, at least compare to Historical city. The breakfast room is really beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a little disappointment. Smaller as I expect due to the photos, and the third bed was a spare... More
