After reading all the reviews over the years I just knew if we ever made it to Sorrento this is the place we would stay.......and how thankful we are to have spent two nights here this week. The place is spotlessly clean inside and out. The service is top notched and so friendly. The view of the sea and Vesuvio... More

This hotel is super cute and well furnished. The view of the port is beautiful at night and the sunset from the deck is stunning! It's a small hotel (maybe 12 rooms?). The staff is very nice and breakfast is great. This hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants within walking distance. Or you can go up top via the... More

We felt very fortunate to have found this charming hotel. It is beautiful, unique and stylish, with a warm welcome from the delightful owners. Our room was amazing, carefully put together modern and retro furniture and colours, fab lamps [!] an airy high ceiling, comfiest bed ever, plush pillows and linen....and then the view...... Our double doors faced out onto... More

I like almost everything about this hotel - the views, the unusual room and bathroom we stayed in with the large, unique bathroom bored into the cliff, the overall atmosphere and the people. But there are a couple of things to consider if you're thinking of staying there. One is that it is at the water level in front of... More

What can we say that has not been said yet? Loved this place!!! Seeing Mt. Vesuvius from our bed!!! Virginia was great, she helped me work out all the details, including a place to park our big car!!! And when I mentioned that we were planning to drive the Amalfi Coast, Roberta told us about the rock slide and the... More

Waking up to the sound of the water and a view of Vesuvius was wonderful. The staff, Roberta and Virginia, as well as the hostess at breakfast whose name escapes me were all wonderful and attentive. We were late in checking in...no problem. Breakfast was a great spread...this place is a fantastic value. The walk up to Sorrento was a... More

Marina Piccola 73 is a B&B located at Sorrento's port not the town. The port and the town are separated by a long walk plus several flights of stairs. You could take a car or taxi to avoid the walk. Finding the b&b the first time is hardest. We liked this b&b a lot. It is by the water where... More

We stayed here for over a week in October and were very happy with our choice. Marina Piccola is a charming b & b well away from the non-stop hustle and bustle of Sorrento and can be reached by steps, a winding road or a lift operating between the Marina and the little park beside the Cloisters, although this closes... We stayed at Marina Piccola 73 for 4 nights in September and could not have been happier with our decision. We loved the location; hearing the waves on the small beach below our balcony every morning was wonderful. Our room was larger than we expected and the amenities were fantastic. What truly made our stay unique and memorable was Roberta's... More

Just returned from a 7 night stay in this unique location. This is a beautifully restored building in a town and a country which needs some TLC! The modernisation of the building shows a careful balance between tradition and modern convenience. It contains period pieces of furniture and many original features, yet it has fantastic rain showers, well fitting plastic... More
