Best possible location, close to everything, just outside a good parking place, close to the harbor (to go to Capri). Very good room and bathroom. Owner gave us all the information we needed. We stayed at La Magnolia for 8 days whilst traveling around Italy. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable but it only had a small roof window. Other rooms had balconies or large windows with views - but, for the same price, we got a room with a sky light/window that didn't open. The staff were extremely intrusive... more

La Magnolia is in a great location within walking distance of everything in Sorrento. The train station is about 1/2 mile away and the marina is either within walking distance or you can catch a bus nearby. Our family stayed here for 5 nights. Room was to a high decroative and furnished standard and very clean. Room has a safe for valuables and our room window opened onto the street which was great for watching "la dolce vita" though could be a bit noisy early morning with traffic if you were a light sleeper.
