Unbelievable. Booked 7 nights and pre-paid, turn up and they tell me there is no booking and refuse to help. Rude, arrogant and pathetic. DO NOT trust them. They admitted they overbooked the hotel and bumped us. They refused to help and had to call my travel agent back in Australia to get any satisfaction. They made my holiday stressful.
