Finally getting around to writing about our family stay at the Zi Teresa. The hotel itself is perhaps in need of a little modernisation but nevertheless was intimate and had a degree of charm which was appealing. Our rooms were a little basic but as a family we were happy as they were clean, comfortable, secure, had air conditioning and... More

The food was terrible, mouldy and stale bread for breakfast. The food was slapped together no care taken and any complaints were ignored. Rooms were very small, some rooms were payed as a four but only really suitable for a 2/3. Would NEVER go to this hotel again!!!

Just returned from this hotel and it was a joy to be there. The school parties were a problem but the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was on the 5th floor and had a lovely view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Lovely fluffy towels and the linen and... More

The look of the place was the first shock, the view from the front was of a building site opposite and adjacent to a main road which didn't allow for a quiet night. The room was barely big enough to swing a cat and when we asked about being moved to another room, was told in no uncertain terms that... More

Dear guest Thank you for having remembered our hotel after one year from your holiday! Your review brings up numerous legitimate concernes. First, you write the ice is not available in the evenings but available for the pool during the day: the swimming pool and the pool bar in April are CLOSED. Then you say that we hid the toaster... I had heard a lot about the hotel Zi Teresa as my mum had been there a few times before and to be honest it met expectations. First things first, the location. The hotel itself is no more than 30 metres from the main Corso Italia, despite this I didn't hear that much in the way of road noise. The... More

When we arrived we were quite shocked as the hotel website and brochure say its in a quiet location in Sorrento. Our room overlooking the pool had horrible views of a large building with scaffolding and tarpoling around it. The road noise, scooters etc sirens kept us awake all night every night and our travel agent recommended this hotel as... More

So the qualifiers first; it's a small hotel, about 60 rooms, feels family owned, no flat screen tv, no iPod Dock, no fitness suite and you can't hold swim meets in the pool, the head waiter is happiest when Napoli win oh and the food is unashamedly italian both in choice and service style. They keep costs down by asking... More

I have just returned from holiday in Sorrento staying at this hotel. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was adequate and well cooked. There was a good choice at evening meal. Breakfast was typical Italian (no full English here). My room was spotless and towels were changed every day. It was too cold to use the outside... More

This is a small hotel just off the main Corso Italia. It only takes about 10 minutes or so to walk to the main part of the town where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Zi Theresa has friendly helpful staff and the rooms are spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day and there was always lots of hot... More
