If you want to saty in this hotel,I suggest you do not opt for half board as the food is terrible and the portions are small, for example one sausage and a few diced boiled potatos does not consitute a main dish. Also the produce is of cheap, stale and of poor quality The breakfast's consist of a few stale bread rolls with... more

The hotel location was great, walking distance to the shops and a fifteen minute walk to the piazza. The hotel itself was ok, the room was ok, but the breakfast was awful. The food wasnt fresh, the selection wasnt great and the staff were rude and unhelpful. No staff member smiled, they werent useful wiht information and genrally not friendly. more

We stayed at the Zi Teresa with an EF Tour group in June, 2009. It was the nicest hotel our group stayed in during our 10 our of Italy. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, roomy. We had a partial view of the ocean from our balcony, which was great. The ocean is... more

What a great location to spend your 40th birthday. The friendly and funny staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was always clean and tidy and our view from the third floor balcony overlooked a lemon/fruit orchard with Naples and Vesuvius in the distance. We could not grumble about the food as it was very good and the... more

A very nice, clean hotel - everyone there was very informative and helpful. We stayed half board and were delighted with the food. The rooms were kept very clean. Really good value for money more

A nice little hotel down a side street a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room on the 5th floor had a lovely view across the bay to Vesuvius. Don't book half board as the evening meal wasn't very good but the breakfast was fine. The garden area was lovely... more

This place was a terrible disappointment. It looked nice and was in a great location, but the staff were obstructive and unhelpful and the breakfasts were a disgrace - two tiny, somewhat hard rolls, watered down "juice" and grey coffee. more
