Perfectly situated, lovely and peaceful Villa in a heavenly garden. Extremely well kept and tidy; cleaning every day, nice bathrooms, fresh interior. Good breakfast - not only sweets. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, with proper English. And all this at surprisingly reasonable price. This is most certainly a place we can recommend to everyone.

Stayed here for 3 days whilst a friend got married, if your just after a cheap place to leave your bag and crash at night then it's perfect, room was a bit basic but the bed was comfy and the room spotless. Bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water. Wifi was a little slow but free. It's about 20 minutes... More

We read great things about the villa but had some issues: - We had no hot water for the first 2 days and this couldn't be fixed as it was a weekend. - After it was fixed on the weekday, we still had to wait 45 mins between showers to get hot water which was extremely inconvenient - There was... We stayed there for 3 nights and were not expecting much for the price offered. However we got really impressed- the host were kind and helpful, the room and the toilet/bathroom were tidy and tidied every day, breakfasts big enough, tasty and well served. I only missed good (Italian) caffee. At the end we got farewell gift- four fresh lemons.

Firstly, the location is very good. It is a bit out of the town centre, but that's a positive, I think. It's a nice walk into the hustle and bustle of it all and the orange trees that you are surrounded by in the property are a real treat (and we were even allowed to pick them!). The walk to... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2013. I have never stayed in a B&B before, but wanted to try it out to get more of a feel for Italy, and avoid the "sterile" feel of a hotel. Our host was a darling! ( I'm sorry I have forgotten her name :( )Apon reservation we stated my gluten intolerance,... More

Welcoming staff, gorgeous breakfast, BEAUTIFUL villa, beautiful rooms, beautiful gardens. My family and I stayed here for three nights and did not want to leave. Such a convenient position, just a two minute walk away from restaurants and a ten minute walk away from the city centre and train station. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky. The guestbook at the... More

My new hubby and I have just left this hotel in Sorrento, stayed 5&6th of june as part of our mammoth honeymoon tour of the country. it's an oasis of calm in a very busy jungle! We have a hire car and were able to park for free on site, bit precarious driving in and out as the entrance is... More

Villa Alvani Anna is a very good place to stay for short stays in Sorrento. Very near to Train station and the centre, lovely Lemon garden to greet you as you come in, Room was basic but worth the 60 Euro paid with breakfastfor 1 night. Tip: Go to the nice restaurant just opposite to Villa Alvani, wonderful atmosphere and... More
