We stayed at the hotel for a week in August (2014). The hotel staff were great, the hotel was nice & clean and in a great location. A few minor problems that were acted on and sorted immediately by the staff. The only minus side was the restaurant, a bit overpriced and food not matching the other bars & restaurants... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival discovered that the air con was not available 24/7. After a long day travelling on public transport we just wanted a cool room, but was told we would have to wait until 3pm when the hotel turned it on. This was a bit annoying as we felt like... More

We stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding in 2010. It was a good location and we enjoyed the hotel's bar and terrace area after the wedding. A well recommended visit :) Big rooms, helpful staff reasonable check in & out times. Nice breakfast.

A lovely hotel close to everything in a small but delightful town. The room was nice and spacious and I liked the sensor that turned the light on in the bathroom rather than having to find a switch in the dark. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast above average with an unusually good selection of food (for Italy). Parking... More

Price is good. Hotel well located in Sorrento. It is at walking distance from the train station (10 minutes). Staff friendly and always there to help. Room is big, comfortable and clean. Breakfeast above the italian standard. We had dinner outside and the food was very good. If you are a guest of the hotel, you can have a bottle... More

Hotel Rivage was within a 15min walk from the train station, and a great location to wander through the streets of Sorrento. The shower was fantastic! The room was big, only problem was our view which was at street level so we had to keep our shutters closed. By far the breakfast was best we have ever had at a... More

We stayed here as a group in April and we really enjoyed it! Our room was very clean and had a very beachy feel to it. It also had a balcony which had water views of the beautiful beach. It didn't have a pool which would be a bit of a letdown if you were to stay here in Summer.... More

The hotels location was excellent. It was walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, city centre and train Station. The room was spacious and clean. However the staff except for Claudia were rude and non helpful. The door to our room was not secure. There was no fix or suggestion to change rooms. Apparently it was a known problem but never... Dear guest we note with pleasure that with the exception of his doubts on the air conditioning and safety of the port in general has given characteristics that are a source of pride for the hotel rivage. As far as the door, the hotel has a system of opening and closing doors to 'avant-garde that is unparalleled! and the fact... More

Good budget choice for us for a single night passing through Sorrento. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a pleasant balcony view of the sea. Location was great: quiet at night, one block from the Hotel Ascot where we rented a car from Hertz, a 10 minute walk to some higher-end hotels (with gorgeous views) further up Via... More
