Very handy location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping in this vibrant town. Short shuttle ride to the port to catch our ferry to Capri - a must see if you here! Good breakfast included in our room rate and boxed breakfast provided for our early departure. Recommended

We stayed here on a package tour so have no idea of the costs. Our room was small with 2 single beds that had a balcony but overlooked the railroad tracks. The hotel does not turn on the AC "this time of year" (April) even though the room was about 90 and the outside temps were high 70's. At night... More

We've stayed here 2 times. Once on a bus tour and the other we decided to book ourselves because of the location. Easy walking distance to the bus & train station downtown Sorrento. I recommend a room with a balcony, they seem to be bigger. This hotel seems to be all about bus tours. Average age of the patrons seems... More

This was our first trip to Italy and decided to try out the Neapolitan Rivera . Great first choice has it set the tone for us to further explore Italy. Stayed in the Michaelangelo for 10 days absolutely loved the hotel with great service and customer care. We stayed half board so breakfast and evening meal, loved all the food... More

Stayed four nights on a B/B basis but after having dinner in the hotel on the first night , had dinner there every night. At fifteen euros per person and ten euros for an acceptable bottle of the local wine, it was excellent value. The restaurant staff were very professional in an understated way. They always had time to talk... More

This hotel has spent a lot of money of visual trappings while skimping on the necessities. Our King Size Bed was two twin mattresses pushed together. The 'shower' had the circumference of the toilet (actually the toilet would have been roomier). The food in the restaurant was horrible. We were served Macaroni and Cheese with Black Pepper as the 'specialty'... More

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Very well located in the center of city so easy to get to restaurants and shopplng. Excellent breakfast. Did not have a room with a view. Felt very safe here.

Hotel was nice , stayed in room 400 and no concerns with trains there! View was minimal, looking out to the garden, but overall a nice place. Comfy beds and typical breakfast but close to the action of town and I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for four nights and found the standard of this hotel very good. The staff could not do enough to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean with all the items you would expect to find in a hotel of this quality. The food was very good and provided a good choice in... More

Stayed here for a three day break with Travelzoo. Lucky enough to be given a lovely room with private terrace at the front of the hotel. Room, bathroom and bedding immaculately clean and staff were exceptionally helpful. Ideally located for Sorrento and public transport (buses and trains to both The Amalfi Coast and Pompeii) literally round the corner. The only... More
