This hotel is ideal to go out to bars or shops after evening dinner. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Cute balcony. Close to Railway Station. Shower cubicles unbelievably small was the only negative.

We stayed here only one night on a tour of the area but it was such a lovely hotel we would definitely come back! My husband is a celiac and they didn't even flinch when we told them. We were able to eat at the hotel restaurant with no problems. Food was delicious and staff were amazing!

This hotel is well located, just a short walk to the main square. We had a nice, 'Italian' décor room with a small balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was included in our tour package - and was most satisfactory. We did find the pool very cold - but definitely refreshing on a hot day! There is a reasonable souvenir... More

Stayed here for 10 nights in August and had a fabulous time. All the staff were perfectly polite, efficient and attentive, cracking jokes to bring a smile to our faces daily. We were given two rooms overlooking the railway at the back of the hotel. This wasn't an issue for us because we knew our hotel wouldn't be offering spectacular... More

I had some misgivings about staying here as on previous visits to Sorrento I had stayed in hotels in the hills, just out of the town, with fantastic views but being dependent on a courtesy bus to get in and out of town. I need not have worried as despite the central location (only 5 minutes walk from the main... More

We stayed here for 3 nights on a tour and were lucky to have a well appointed room on the 8th floor. The downside was that there were a lot of really noisy teenagers staying there at the same time. The rooms were clean with good facilities and the staff were helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Nice pool area... More

Great hotel, right in the centre of town and very close to the station and the bus to Amalfi. The staff are lovely and I can't understand the people who have written reviews to the contrary. If you are going here are some helpful hints 1. On the journey from the airport to the hotel, sit on the right 2.... More

Good location for centre of Sorrento. Not 4 star but reasonable for Italian standards for both room and furniture. Don't bother asking for special requests on booking as these will not be honoured - we asked not to be overlooking railway but that's what we got (trains run until 11.30pm). However there were worse balcony locations in this hotel and... More

My room was more like an apartment than a room! It even had a jacuzzi and large private balcony. It was clean and comfortable, quite and safe. It was on the main road in Sorrento so easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and I was able to store my luggage after check out.
