We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour and has only confirmed for me that never again will I book a tour which includes accommodation. The hotel is centrally located on the main street of Sorrento - however this is pretty much where the positives of staying at this hotel ends. The shower was not good to say... More

My room on the 5th floor was a good size, very clean, a decent bathroom with lots of hot water, and a balcony overlooking the railway. I was not disturbed by noise. The hotel is on the main street of Sorrento. The town itself is charming. Stay here on a room-only basis and you will be more than happy. Breakfasts... More

Stayed in this hotel same week last year (2 nd week of Dec) always nervous of returning to the same hotel, however everything was the same, good basic food, clean comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. The guys on the reception are very helpful we ask so many questions and are always given good advise. The last time we... More

What a delightful experience... the food, the staff, the room.. we had a terrace off our room that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of Sorrento when we were not touring. The staff was very accommodating and I did not want to leave. Breakfasts were a smorsgbord of anything you can ever want. The dinners... More

The hotel was offered us as part of a tour with Riveria Travel. The staff were charming and helpful, rooms clean but maybe not quite up to four star standard, however the food was not bad, it was dreadful. We ordered a bottle of wine in the bar and were given pringles (where were the olives commonly given in other... More

This hotel is located strolling distance from the shops along the main shopping street of Sorrento, and walking distance from the boat to Capri (15 mins), and a stones throw (4 mins) from the train station {where the busses also depart for the Amalfi coast}. This street is very lively in the evening when locals use it for their evening... More

Excellent room, clean and well appointed with all convenieces plus free wifi. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, close to all amenities and would definitely recommend it was quiet and service was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2014, it was the last week of the season. The room we had was very small, both of us could not stand together at the bottom of the bed. My husband was sent to his corner after getting ready so I could! The bathroom was very small, no bath and a small shower... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our Country Roads of Italy tour, great hotel, rooms were clean, and comfortable, we had a balcony with our room which was nice to be able to sit outside in the evening, or have the door opened for awhile. The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to whatever... More

We choose this hotel because it was central to Sorrento. In fact it is only about 200m from the main town square and there is a supermarket even closer. The main train station is very easy walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent -very efficient and friendly. We are veggies who don't eat cheese so... More
