Small family run hotel, very old looking furnishings but very clean, rooms cleaned daily and also clean towels left on a daily basis...Due to the location this hotel is not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties it sits quite high on the hill and for about 50yards you have to walk on a busy road before reaching the pavement area.... more

I landed yesterday after staying in the Metropole for 1 week. I wondered how long to wait before I start planning my return trip. The hotel is lovely we’re 2 single women under 30 and quite well travelled between us. I’ve stayed in 5 star all inclusive with less food to choose from. Not great if you have young kids... more

Had a fantastic week in may the food and staff brilliant, the only down side was the road an accident waiting to happen, also beware of the taxis an absolute rip off 20 euros for a 4 minute journey be warned. more
