This hotel must be rated 4 star because it meets minimum criteria like a pool and lifts etc but not in any other way. First the good news, it is well situated for the town centre and the staff are very friendly. That's it. Now the bad news. As you enter the the lobby is basic with seating that must... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a mini tour of the Amalfi Coast so did not choose the hotel. We were given a room at the back of the hotel with a view over the pool which was quiet and clean and tiny bathroom. No wifi in room but worked well downstairs. Lovely breakfast and dinners that... Fantastic location walking distance to everything. All staff so kind, friendly and helpful. Reception staff gave fantastic recommendations. Special mention to MICHELE on reception who made a good stay a wonderful stay.

We booked a sea view room and all I can say is WOW!! Found the staff here very friendly and always smiling and very helpful, our room was super clean, a very generous size and a great power shower. It's so so close to all the action, literally just around the corner to the main square which is absolutely beautiful... More

Like many who have reviewed this hotel, I chose it for the good value price compared to other hotels in the area. My wife and are on a bit of a tour of Italy at the moment. We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel pretty much as we'd expected. The hotel is very clean and staff very attentive.... More

My family stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in august and had a great time. We had 4 different rooms and they were similar with some variations. Our room in the front of the hotel was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the bay. Rooms in the back overlooked the pool and were fine too. Two rooms had... More

Such a good location for the main square, the station, buses, supermarket and the ports. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds and chairs. All a little dated and they are a hotel to stay in not to be part of your holiday. Small bar that serves the pool . Minimal snacks. Room at the front let us watch the... More

This hotel was booked late in the season and when compared with other hotels at the time was 60-70% cheaper than others in the resort. First impressions was that it was clean and with a 2 min walk to the central square and about the same in the other direction to the train station. However it lacks any sophistication and... More

Number 1 hotel in Sorrento for views and location in my opinion. Everyone who walks past always stops to look at this hotel. This is our second time in 2 years and we never go back anywhere!!! That says in all in my opinion. The hotel is slightly dated and the beds are hard. Swimming pool is on the small... More

We stayed for 8 nights in August having paid about £90 a night for a double room. Most of the reviews seem fair; very good location, helpful staff, rooms cleaned daily, breakfast adequate, pool area quiet. Our only real negative was the bar/pool bar is virtually non existant. There are drinks and a really small range of snacks served but... More
