Just returned from a lovely week at the Capri. Dont be put off by the ordinary exterior view on the main road in Sorrento. This hotel is small but perfectly formed.Decorated in cool beige and cream throughout and has a fresh and relaxed feel. Its biggest asset is its friendly staff particularly Laura who was lovely. The location is less than10... More

We stayed 5 nights in May 2015. Very impressed with friendliness of staff, lovely décor and comfortable rooms. Breakfast excellent in large, airy room. Lots of choice. Room overlooking pool was great and doors opened so room cool but no aircon until June. Pool area clean and plenty of seats. We found our stay very relaxing. Close to centre of... More

This was our second visit to this Hotel and we weren't disappointed. Since our last stay they have refurbished the place and it is lovely. A clean, white decor in all rooms with tile floors gives the place an airy bright feel. It's position is ideal and it is only a short walk to the bus and train station and... More

I stayed at the family owned Hotel Capri, with my friend from the 1st to 8th May. Whilst the hotel is not 4*, it was perfect for us: the hotel is a relaxing place to be; our room and the rest of the hotel was always kept very clean; and, without exception, all of the staff were cheerful and helpful,... This is a good budget hotel. The location is terrific being only a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and only 10 minutes to the main square. The best pizza place in Sorrento is right across the road. The public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are no sea views from... More

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and modern. However air conditioning doesn't come on until June and it was too hot to sleep with the window closed and the traffic noise is very loud until early hours of the morning. Breakfast is good and the pool area is nice and clean with plenty of loungers.

Stayed at this hotel over the Easter weekend, it's in a great location in the town. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the decor is very subtle and clean looking. Overall a great stay, the street noise can be a little loud in the rooms on the road side but nothing ear plugs won't cure.

We stayed at Hotel Capri at the very end of the season (October 2014). We were originally booked to stay in Amalfi but our hotel there closed a week early so we were redirected to the Capri. In retrospect we are very glad that this happened. Sorrento is a lovely place to stay and this hotel is ideally situated -... More

We stayed here for 10 nights, the hotel was very clean & the staff were so friendly & helpful, we enjoyed chatting to them. Breakfast has a good selection & the pool area is clean & the pool was pleasant to swim in after a day's sight seeing. The hotel is in a busy location & the traffic noise during... More
