The Brands Flora is bright cheerful looking hotel. However the staff are the stars of this hotel. This is our third year here, the tons had been painted since our last stay. They are very clean and fresh, they are cleaned every day. Our cleaner was very cheerful and went out of her way to greets us every day. The menu has... More

We stayed here in August and had a lovely time. Very central for getting into Sorrento or for catching a ferry to Positano, Naples or the nearby island of Capri. There us also a railway station close by where we caught a train to Rome. The hotel was beautiful and we couldnt fault the friendly service from the reception, to... More

Hotel was always clean & the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Pool was spotless & always plenty of space in it. Food was plentiful and reasonably good, if a little rushed at times. Gala night around the pool was beautifully done and the staff worked so hard, always with a smile, we were amazed! Sleep was us disturbed, no... More

My husband and I booked this hotel as a last minute deal through a local travel agent for our honeymoon. we've just returned back. Overall we had a great week and fantastic honeymoon. Hotel and pool area very clean (the cleaner does a great job) food and waiter service fantastic. Just be prepared to pay extra for everything from sunbeds... More

This was our 3rd visit in 4 years to the Flora. I was pleased to see nearly all the staff have stayed working at the hotel that were there from our first visit. The food was not really to our taste and we ate out for 2 nights because the menu was not very good. Breakfast is good, but it... More

We have just returned from this hotel, luckily we paid extra for a sea view so we were not located on the front opposite an extremely busy, noisy road. The room wasn't very clean, dirty walls, but to be fair the management cleaned it very well after we complained. The hotel is tired, and in area grubby. The reception blue chairs are... More

I booked this hotel because of its central location ignoring some of the negative reviews. It is really well located and is just a short stroll from the centre of Sorrento. The staff were all very friendly and it has a great pool. Also, while the food is a bit hit and miss, the restaurant has waiter service and the... More

Beautiful... More

Loved this hotel it was so italian, the tiles were lovely bright colours, the location was terrific a short walk down into town. The pool area was enormous, the staff were great except the old guy in pool bar, get rid of him he spoils it for the other quality staff especially the English lady who runs the main bar... More

This was a last minute booking and our first time to Italy. The Hotel is situated on a main road into Sorrento. Some are disappointed that their balcony opens onto the roadside and a garage is opposite. I just overlooked that and focused on the view of the mountain beyond and the bustle of everyone on their way into Sorrento.... More
