My stay in this hotel was very pleasant. The room was nice and had a spectacular view of Mt. Vesuvius from the bed/balcony. The food in the dining room was good, but not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and pool area are fabulous. The lobby is pleasant. Cleaning staff was thorough and rooms were... More

We went on a college trip and stayed here for four days and even though we could be a bit loud on the balconies, the staff were polite and were very quick with getting food out to our big group! It was a lovely stay with a short walk into town, great bar service too!

Just came back from a wedding and stayed in this hotel. Rooms are old fashioned and basic but were nipping clean. There are only 2 small lifts from reception which can only fit 4 people (so good luck if uv'e got loads of luggage), safes were free in the room but were usually €10 for the week And the sun... We stayed 2 nights and got VIP service. Waiters gave us pointers on shopping outside tourist traps. View was like Central Park. Despite Jet lag we had fun there. Food was good and staff was attentive. Only minus was we couldn't exchange money at desk($ to euros)

Let's start with the positives - all staff encounters were very good, from reception staff, room service staff and cleaning lady. Unfortunately, that is about all for this hotel. The hotel was part of a package holiday booking through Emirates, so we didn't technically choose this hotel ourselves. In my mind i had 'Emirates' '4 Star' and 'Sorrento' and my... More

My group (8 ppl) stayed at this hotel early this month. We got 4th floor, which is under the dinning room on 5th floor. Imagine the noises we have to bare until they closed. But that's not the point. Next morning we came up for breakfast. Sunrise got through one side of the dining room, the other side have excellent... More
