WOW WOW WOW what a view! Recently stayed in June 2015 for 2 nights and so wish we could have stayed longer. We had driven 5 hours from Rome and it was so nice to sit on the balcony with the most amazing views with a glass of wine and choose our day trip for the following day. Although the... More

I stayed here in June 2015 for a week. I was in room 27 on the 4th floor. The room had four single beds I and the tiniest bathroom, which was not fit for purpose! The gap to get in the shower was about 1 1/2 feet across and the cubicle, if you can call it that was very disappointing.... More

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the main square. It is uphill but the reward is a fantastic view out over the bay to Vesuvius. We stayed 7 night for our honeymoon. While the rooms could do with updating, our room was clean and comfortable and good value with a sea view and balcony. Breakfasts were continental... More

The hotel is located outside of downtown Sorrento - a 15-20 minute walk up a very long steep hill so keep that in mind if you're planning to go into town often. While it may not be centrally located, it misses the traffic noise and tourist crowds. All rooms are stunning sea views facing Mt. Vesuvius and Sorrento. Hotel is... More

Just returned from a 7 day holiday to this lovely hotel. The view from everywhere in the hotel is to die for. We had room 7 which was a bit small and if or when we return I would request a larger one. The room could benefit from a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were... More

I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at Settimo Cielo in Sorrento and if I return to Sorrento, I would not hesitate to stay here again!! The view from the hotel car park, the reception, the swimming pool and from every bedroom is just beautiful, no words can describe it. Being able to wake up to look out... More

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Settimo Cielo, Sorrento. Prior to booking, I had looked at every hotel from Sorrento to Amalfi & read every review, with the initial thought of staying in Amalfi. We wanted freedom to try different restaurants at night & the location was a prime consideration. Finally chose this family run hotel... More

We stayed here in the recommendation of Rick Steves Amalfi guidebook. He says " you pay for the views" and he was right. We had a lovely happy hour each night on the veranda and the view was truly world class. The views from the pool were equally amazing The room was comfy. Poor water pressure in the shower was... We stayed here for the first 5 days of our honeymoon in Sorrento. The view from our balcony overlooked the sea and Vesuvius and was stunning! The hotel is fairly basic, but very clean, breakfast is very good and the staff are so friendly. Location is perfect, just up the hill from the main town. We would definately stay again!

We have stayed twice at the lovely Settimo Ciello hotel. If you want a family atmosphere and service, this is the place to stay. The 3rd floor gives you fabulous views of the Bay of Naples, and Marina Grande, with Vesuvious in the distance. It's a good downhill walk to Piaza Tasso, about 15 minutes but lovely views on way down.... More
