This is my third time staying at this hotel. It is always ivery good and staff is ready to help you. I love the location which is just a few minute walk to Piazza Tasso. You always get a big room and bathroom. They have a great roof top pool with a nice menu. Also entrances on both the street... More

The staff at this hotel were so helpful and friendly, making a fuss of my 8 year old when she tried to speak Italian. The location was pretty much perfect and we had a great time. The rooms, pool and restaurant were very clean and well maintained.

This is a great place for exploring Sorrento as it is so close to Piazza Tasso and restaurants and shops. We liked being able to walk within a few minutes to the train station to go to Pompeii and Herculaneum and many other places very cheaply. You can also get off the Curreri Viaggi coach from Naples airport and walk... More

Stayed at Cesare Augusto 5th-14th August 2014, what a little gem. Staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Fluffy fresh towels that were changed every day, and breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The location was perfect, just a two minute walk to Piazza Tasso. Dined at hotel restaurant a couple of times and was not dissapointed.My... More

Stayed 6 nights in August 2014. Central position, close to train and bus stations and 5 minutes walk into town. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, never dined at night. Pool is smaller than it looks but never struggled to get a sunbed, however children had to be wary of splashing around too much because of closeness. Overall a... More

Cesare Augusto was the perfect place for a first visit to Sorrento, the hotel staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming, rooms are what you need. Location could not be better with a short walk to the main square and good transport access. The hotel is so relaxing with fantastic views whatever side of the hotel you are, the roof top... More

Had a week's holiday here in August with my husband and twin 13 year olds and thought the hotel was great. Very good location as near Piazza Tasso and the train station. The staff were very friendly and polite and courteous, especially our waiter Nicola and Ugo the barman who made us laugh. The food in the restaurant was lovely... More

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Piazza Tasso. Step out the back door and you are two blocks from Tasso. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was a good size and comfortable. The pool area... More

Our family had two rooms here, not adjoining. The garden was lovely, as was the lobby. The rooms were fairly spacious with nice balconies. Breakfast had a nice variety. The pool was a bit less than we hoped. The location in the center of town was very nice, although if I had to do it again I would choose one... More

We enjoyed our stay highly, the rooms were a nice size and each room has a decent sized balcony. The rooms are cleaned spotless every day and anything you need the hotel staff will try their best to do. The waiters were very nice people who made us feel very welcome at breakfast and dinner, they always had a smile... More
