This hotel has an ideal location which allows you to safely walk to anything you might want to do in Sorrento. The room was comfortable and had a nice sea view. Nice modern looking clean hotel in central Sorrento. Good location & within walking distance to many shops & restuarants. I pre-requested an upper level room with a specific view but received totally the opposite. Oh well! We're touring & rooms are primarily for sleep. Very well situated just off the city centre/piazza. Less than a three minute walk there. Check in was flawless. The keys weigh about 3# but you can leave it at the desk while you are out for the day. 2nd visit to this very traditional typically Italian hotel. Fabulous holiday. Spotlessly clean, I actually saw the maid on her hands and knees scraping the threshhold of the floor between the room and corridor!!!! This was a substitute hotel for La Favorita which was going through some renovations last week. So, the stay was pre programmed as a disappointment from the preferred hotel. I found it to be clean, in a very good location, the front desk staff very helpful. It isn't luxurious and I could tell that it had once been quite stunning... More

The hotel is located in a garden. The garden extends around two ends of the hotel. Great atmosphere. Walking to shops and food is good. We walked as a group to a show. Many outdoor restaurants. There is also a nice roof top terrace. Great breakfast buffet.

Quite difficult to review this hotel as in a tick box sort of way its fine spotlessly clean, excellent location, and most of the staff friendly enough. The roof top terrace is great, really nice helpful team run it and the food is fantastic value and quality – great pizza 5 euro. So why only 3 stars from me? well... More
