The staff are great from cleaners to waiters, the food is well presented but only the salad bar is self service, everything else is waiter service. This hotel has beautiful mediteranean decor. The rooms are large and have nice balconies. The pool area is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the included breakfast and dinners in the beautiful dining room. The hotel is out of town however they provide a free shuttle to old Sorrento. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
